Great value. It served it's purpose for me while visiting my son who is attending Queen's University. Close and clean, somewhere to lay my hat on a short visit without breaking the bank.

Close to highway and rail-road although it didn't effect my sleep.

Cleaner than most other hotels. Parking just by the door. Everything was in place, clean, and worked: fridge, hot water and tub, conditioner, heater, chairs, table, other furniture, etc. I didn't use TV.

A&W near the hotel was closed after 10pm even though it said "24 hours".

from the outside you would think the rooms would be dated, but they are modern and big and clean - the cleanliness is very important to us. the matresses are the first thing I look at in a room. It was way quieter than I though it would be for being so close to the highways which was awesome, and I loved the area out front with the firetable and lighting, it was so easy to relax there.

It was a very good location and while it was an older hotel, everything was clean and the staff was very nice. Good value for money.

This room was cozy! It felt like being at home with all the little touches. It is an older hotel but it has been completely overhauled and it was just perfect!

It was surprisingly quiet being so close to the highway

They were kind enough to let me check in a bit early. Rooms were very clean. Fridge had FRESH CREAM for coffee in the morning !
