El cuarto 509 el baño no servía ., estaba tapado ., las sabanas no las cambiaron., almohadas man hadas ., el mini refrigerador no servía / el 510 la luces fundidas ., el mini refrigerador congelaba ., tenía tanto hielo que no cerraba bien. Las sabanas no fueron cambiadas. Un día no hubob Gua caliente por más de 6 horas., y las personas que hacen los cuartos no respetan el NO MOLESTAR.abrieron el cuarto y entraron cuando yo le dige k no podían entrar porque mi esposo estaba durmiendo....

Bed was comfortable and clean
Bathroom was dirty with dirty towels and no toilet paper. At 3 am someone was banging on my room door I was told I wasn’t all the way checked in so they tried to give it to someone else.

They over booked I didn’t even get to stay and I still haven’t been refunded I called booking and they still haven’t gotten me back this is crazy

The pillows were horrible, there was no soap in the bathroom, the dispenser was empty! the 🚽stained! I'm supposed to book the king bed and they gave me the two beds and it was uncomfortable! The entire hallway smelled of marijuana! 😓the receptionist was very friendly, good treatment! The location is not pleasant, the area is not good! There was no parking space available! Honestly I give it 1 star! ⭐️ 👎🏻I thought it was expensive for just one night! I preferred to change hotels!

Missing amenities in the room. Curtains were missing the “hangers”. Was given only 3 towels for a 4 night stay with no hand towels or wash cloths. Also, I am still waiting to hear back about a $40 lounge charge that I did not make.

Traffic noise. Not much to be done about that. We would still stay at this hotel again. The reason that we were in town was for an outpatient cardiac surgery at Piedmont Heart. Your staff was both friendly and helpful which we greatly appreciated.

The lobby was nice. The bed was comfortable. I liked that the room had a refrigerator and a microwave. Also the cable channels were good. At check in the front desk woman was professional and courteous.
The temperature in the lobby was stuffy. The bathroom in my room was dimly lit and the tub did not look clean. Also the showerhead was leaking. Lastly, the thermostat in my room was slow to respond when lowering the room temperature.

I think it's a very nice hotel(as a whole), but there were certain aspects that made it seem cheap and sleazy.
I intended on enjoying your pool, which was out of service. That was very unfortunate.
I complained that my toilet seat was very, very loose and therefore caused a sliding effect that could've been dangerous to your guests. I was told it would be fixed by the time I returned from an outing. To my dismay, it was not. We also asked the room attendant for towels and weren't abliged.

The property was very old looking in built on the inside. Both rooms that we got switched to still had mold in the shower and the surrounding area was not appealing.
I did not appreciate the AC problems that we experienced in both rooms that we were switched to. We had a very humid and sweaty nights to where we had to open the window for fresh cool air.

The beds made me itch. Also saw tiny bugs on bed. The bed linens and sheets were not clean. Had blood and other mysterious stains. The tub also did not drain when I showered.
