Bad and bad support from booking.com

Close to Emory hospital

Everything is bad Found big cockroach in the room Smoking area is in the middle of the hotel so if you open your room window you can smell pot and smoke Reception area is smelly at night since they fry chicken and potatoes in the same area with no ventilation I asked for wheelchair for my daughter but it doesn’t have a foot rest, which makes it useless I booked a suite with 4 adults but they gave me 2 breakfast only

Great staff and comfortable stay.

All of the staff were attentive and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and felt welcomed. The room was clean and comfortable. The location couldn’t be better for the purpose of our trip. Made a stressful situation a lot less stressful.

Only negative was that on the backside of the hotel is a major interstate so that was a little noisy but with the air on and tv it wasn’t that noticeable.

The rooms were clean and so was the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was great and the customer service in the front desk, as well as the cleaning staff were wonderful 👌

My room did not have a bathtub, and the pool wasn't open. Even with those two things my stay was wonderful.

Comfortable no frills hotel with excellent wifi

This is a good, serviceable hotel, near to our family and suits us well. We like the space of the two bed suites, and especially like being on the ground floor so that we had easy access to outside.

It would have been nice to have had a couple of chairs for our patch of outside. Also some of the fixtures and fittings could do with repairs (no lightbulbs in some of the lights), and shelves missing from the cupboards. The net curtains could certainly do with a wash.

Expensive and not worthy.. Bad location

The room was slightly clean and one of the front desk employees was great.

The price was very costly for the size of the room and the services. I was asked to pay for parking my car in the parking lot. I called the front desk for someone to bring a luggage cart to my room while I was about to leave, but they told me no one was available to do that. The hotel is located in the middle of a bad neighborhood.

The people. the front desk folks were very nice and helpful. The guy who works at the breakfast bar in the morning was great! big kudos to him.

the rooms are tired, needing to be updated. The mattress was too soft. No USB or USB-C plugs in the room. it’s just old.

We did not eat breakfast at hotel.

Bathroom needs updating. Towels were thin. Toilet had to be repaired. Bed was comfortable and tv was fine. We liked free parking and Wi-Fi. The room was not serviced.
