Room next to Interstate 4 very loud and Very loud air conditioner even with earplugs in. Couple screaming at each other slamming door room next door. Room down hall was flooded. No carts for luggage. Slow elevator

They don’t have water or ice dispenser in any floor. There is a microwave in the lobby for the use of the whole hotel. Overcharged, outdated and dirty

Good location, away from the main tourist areas so service was much better at local restaurants.

We have been going to this hotel for years, previously staff couldn’t do enough and the hotel had a bell man, service is still good but had dropped.

I liked the staff. The breakfast buffet is delicious.

The room had stains on the wall, popcorn ceiling, couch, and carpet. Found a bead bracelet next to the bed, so you know they didn't clean well. Above the TV there are several electrical boxes at different heights, not level, a smoke detector & a C02 sensor. Very ugly. The end of the fold out sofa bed hits the king size bed, so 1 person has to shimmy out of bed at the end of the bed, then play footsie with whomever sleep there. And the A/C had to be set at 65 to get it to fell Iike 75
