The location was near the road we needed to get to and was not noisy. Did not eat breakfast.

Was a little hard to understand the check in clerk, but, she was friendly and helpful.

The room was updated and very clean. Staff was super friendly and very accommodating.

The facility was old gym equipment didn’t work well and very small, no pool, breakfast area was very small to accommodate guest. On the first morning I grabbed food from the buffet and it tasted off so I waited for a new batch to come out that’s when I realized it was old food they were serving. The remainder on the stay I did not come down right away opening I waited to ensure I was getting fresh food.

Day staff were helpful and friendly

The man working the front desk was curt when I phoned to advise I would be arriving later than planned, close to midnight. He was unfriendly and confrontational that I tapped on the window (I could see him sitting there) when he didn’t answer the phone to unlock to lobby door. No greeting just jumped into saying he didn’t appreciate the tap on the window. Continued to complain during the entire checkin process. Definitely needs some public relations training. The day staff were amazing which turned my impression of this experience around.

It was dirty and felt very unsafe.

Room was spacious and clean. Bed as very comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Lobby area looks tired. Doesn’t give a great impression of an otherwise nice hotel.
