The clerk double-charged me for the 2 night stay when I was checking out in the morning. They did call later that day to refund my credit card. Also, there is only street parking and most of the available spots you have to pay by the hour. This should be up front in the description of the hotel.

The hotel itself is fine, older but perfectly decent. Staff was kind and helpful.

The location is pretty bad, not comfortable, nowhere cozy or safe to sit outside the hotel. Perpetual yelling and fighting outside my room. I felt uncomfortable the entire time. That isn't the hotel's fault, but it is unfortunate to be in this location, and I will probably avoid staying here again because of it. The security guard at the front didn't seem too engaged either, I didn't have confidence he was keeping things safe.

One lady working at the front was helpful to needs and friendly to us.

The outside of the hotel is disgusting, too many drunks around, the concrete really needs to be pressure washed, it is gross. Garbage by the three exists is disgusting…someone needs to clean up daily. I told my husband, I may start staying elsewhere…. My sister stayed in another hotel, their outside is clean, no garbage around…I did not check out their room, but I used to stay in that hotel before. I am a very long time customer at Quality Inn, the name Quality Inn should match the outside of Inn, clean, but it does not… There is no TV guide or telephone book, yes we have our own smart phones, yet it would be really handy to have a telephone book. I cannot understand why no TV guide. I know we all have to be careful due to COVID-19, yet we can real coffee cups in our room, extra toilet paper, soap, etc…as we have to ask at front desk….also extra pillows in the drawer would be a bonus…like the comforts of home. Thank you for hearing me out.

Toilet tissue holder was very dirty, TV was blurry and scrambled. Not much for bedding, it got cold and then hot.

Location is great. Room was OK, comfortable bed. Wifi was really good!

Covers on the bed are not thick enough for the winter. Traffic noise is noticeable. I brought a little white noise speaker to drown out traffic noise. Highly recommend that. TV does not work well at all, the stations are often pixelated.
