I found the bed too uncomfortable. No padding on the mattress like usual. The hotel is under renovations. Somethings weren’t completed in bathroom like the pipes cut out but not covered. Looked unfinished. The furniture didn’t match the rooms colors and worn. But understand doing renovations.
The hot tub didn’t work properly. In the hot tub the vent was loose. Could move it. Had to push the button a few time to get the hot tub to work.

The free breakfast and coffee were nice to have on site. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. I was staying with my daughter and the room was spacious and the beds comfortable.
While I understand the need for disposable cutlery during covid for health reasons, perhaps considering having stainless steel cutlery again would make more sense now environmentally. Better pillows would be welcome.

The staff were extremely friendly, courteous and attentive.
The breakfast bar was kept exceptionally clean and everything was fresh.
Our room was a little dated, bathtub had to be unclogged, water from window condensation was leaking all over the floor and our curtains froze to the window during the night.

Wonderful breakfast set up! The room was clean. Staff were nice. Good location by Walmart off the highway.
No towels ever at the pool, even when I asked the staff 3 times. Hot tub jets never worked either.

Shelley was amazing! She helped us with a problem with our room & went to great lengths to resolve the problem.
I felt badly when I saw that Shelley & other staff on front desk have laundry to do in addition to responding to guest issues.

I am so pleased and impressed with our stay. The rooms are nice and smell so clean and look clean and rhe staff is wonderful and the breakfast is top notch! Couldn't have been more pleased with our stay!

The check-in staff were so friendly and helpful, it really made me feel good about the Hotel immediately. The room was clean and cozy. The breakfast was far better than I ever expected and the service was over and above the norm. There was such a nice variety to choose from that everyone was happy. From make your own waffles which the kids loved, to eggs and bacon for the parents. The staff (Judy) made sure we got everything we needed and brought over freshly made french toast when it was ready for my daughter. It was close to the highway and with Walmart right beside it. picking up fruit & ice for the beach was so convenient.
