Staff friendly. Room quiet and comfortable. Hotel being renovated - no noise thankfully.

The hotel is under renovations and so everywhere fills with tapes, covers, no signs, elevator is super slow, room is not so clean with bugs crawling on ceiling, carpet inside room fills dirty. The staff are however in general quite polite. The area nearby doesn't have much to see or do.

Great location for the activity we weredoing in the area. The hotel is in full renovation, that is great, no carpet in the room. The jacuzzi still not working, was not fixed from last year and it looks like they don't care. Pool was ice cold. Breakfast is ok, nothing special.

For what we paid I expected our room to be larger. The fan in the washroom did not work. The mirror. Made an annoying buzzing sound. My hair tools couldn't fit into the outlets. The staff was barely at their desks and dressed unprofessionally. The hotel is under renovations and thus looks terrible in some areas. Doubt I’ll book there again. I’ve been to much nicer Hampton Inns

Staff were incredible. We will come back again next year.

The room was small for 5 people. Our room did not have garbage cans in the main room or bathroom. Our television did not come with a remote. The staff was pleasant and attempted to solve each issue as they came up. The room was clean and complimentary breakfast was good. The hotel was obviously under construction.

The staff were nice but the hotel is under extensive renovation. No gym. Included breakfast needs to be taken back to your room. The only floor that has been completed is the third level and we were told those rooms were not available for our Hotels.com booking. We were placed on the first floor among the renovations in an older room in need of renovation. Unfinished, uneven floors with visible wiring and infrastructure in the ceiling. Broken tiles and ripped apart walls. A disgrace that Hotels.com would not advise me of this. This was a night for my wife and I to celebrate our 35th Anniversary with the bonus night I had collected after 10 stays. What a disgrace. Made my wife cry. Thanks Hotels.com, you are a crap business, that treats your customers poorly. I will avoid you, expedia, and vrbo like the plague.

We booked this hotel because we have had good stays at other Hampton inns. We needed a fitness center as my wife has heart issues. When we got there, it was under construction and gym was not available. Breakfast room was temporary so we had to eat in our rooms. We were not advised of construction ahead of time. Very disappointed, not a nice stay

The hotel was doing repairs from a problem with water leaking so it was very hot on the lobby and no place to eat downstairs . They kept the dooropen to the breakfast area even though he area was under construction. The room was amazing ,shower was hot and clean. Its just would have been nice to know about the construction in advance of booking this hotel .

There was construction going on that we were not told was happening The lobby was closed so we had no place to eat breakfast. We came to be with my niece and nephew and we could not eat together which was the purpose of our trip The hot tub was not warm it was the same temp as the pool Since it was raining during our stay we planned on going to the pool and that was not possible since the hot tub was not functioning You have my money so i expect a voucher for a two night stay Please respond

No lobby due to construction. Could not find the temporary entrance door very well. No one in reception area and I had to go find someone

The hotel is under construction and has no lobby. We followed the check in signs to a side entrance. When we got there, there was nobody to check us in. We waited. I called several times thinking someone might have a second cordless phone and nobody answered. After 20 mins of standing there, someone came. He checked us into a room. When we got into the room and got ready for bed and turned back the blankets, the sheets were dirty. We had to go back and change rooms. After 45 mins, we finally got into a room and were able to go to sleep. The beds are springy and we didn’t have a great sleep. We put drinks in the fridge and turned the power bar on for the fridge as per the instructions and the fridge didn’t work. Not a great experience!

It’s still under construction and breakfast area is congested, have to carry it to the room.

Under remodeling and we weren't advised. No breakfast room, we had to eat in our room, very poor options for breakfast. Rooms very old. Not recommended.

Was good property staff was good

The hotel should always advise people that they are under construction / renovation. Breakfast did not meet my expectations. Eggs had cheese, since we don't eat cheese and since eggs already came frozen and prepared as is, we could not enjoy the egg portion which is generally the winner in many cases. Cheese should always be set aside because many can not eat that junk food. I've had better stays for cheaper.

Some renovations going on in the lobby which weren't a big deal. We did get a renovated room which was clean and well equipped. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Constructing so difficult for us to handle our luggage. We're in the 80's and my husband uses a cane. The car was not close to the entrance.

Mattress was extremely uncomfortable felt like springs were broken in half of it, hotel staff was amazing and would say went the extra mile for little things like making sure we could do a early check in lending us small items and being very polite just old hotel with bad mattress and a need for an update
