The staff were friendly and happy and the layout of the building was ever so inviting.

Breakfast buffet was missing some things, but in defense of the hotel it was very busy and I arrived 2 hours into breakfast.

The walls between room are way too thin! I had to put loud white noise on my phone so that we weren’t listening to the couple next door in bed together at 11:30pm. The carpet in our room was stained, which was a turnoff.

Nice and convenient hotel close to restaurants and shops. Good location to visit around. Breakfast was good, the swimming pool and gym well equipped and the king size bed one of the best we had.

The parking wasn’t that great. They should have a bigger parking. Or have parking for each room. I couldn’t find parking last night and I ended up parking in the Mcdonald’s next to the hotel.

Our bedroom floor in our suite was uneven (had a steep slant about 5 inches away from the foot of the bed) . One of my guests nearly fell. Also, the toilet is very very low to the ground. Was a bit difficult for some of my family members.

The staff (at least the gentleman that checked us in) had no emotions, at all! No greetings and no warm welcome. He was like a robot, devoid of any emotions. I had a feeling of trepidation when I had to come back another time to ask a question.

The staff were very friendly. I was arriving early and requested an early check-in and it was easily accommodated by Jessica. The hotel was very clean, the kitchen can with all the necessary utensils to prepare a meal. Also, the breakfast was a plus ..

The television in the bedroom of the suite we stayed in was compatible for the fire stick, Ps5, and other hdmi necessities, but did not work properly so we had to sleep on the sofa bed. That alone was a major inconvenience.

It was just terrible. Tons of kids. 4th floor with 2 dogs. Just not pet friendly at all.

We came back for the 3rd time this time 3 nights , las stay I was charged extra because my family and I love the restaurant food so we decided to stay there for it and spent well over $400 dollars just in food alone + tips. I was never charged extra but this time saw a couple extra pending charges of $50 and I went and asked the front desk clerk , her name was Rachel , I asked her why the extra charges and she responded with : “we just wanted to make sure you could afford it” I don’t know if it’s a common practice to do this or to word it in this matter. I was told those exact in front of other guests making a line behind me which felt uncomfortable I also witnessed her do the same to another guest in front of me. Also the breakfast this time wasn’t as good ; maybe they are short staffed, so my son didn’t enjoy the breakfast as much as the other times we’ve been guests here. I’m Hispanic ; Rachel the front clerk (probably general manager) needed help with a costumer who spoke Spanish over the phone. She asked a housekeeper for help but since she couldn’t I offered my help in translating for her: she responded with: are you sure you could make a reservation? I said : “sure I think I’m smart enough.” and I proceeded to help successfully changing a reservation by translating in both languages, I then asked for her name and decided to write this review as I really felt strongly that employees should be taught how to reply properly to guests of all nationalities and colors. don’t judge a book by its cover , at the end - I was able to help an employee or possibly general manager - update a reservation via phone. I was extremely uncomfortable with the reason she gave me as to why I had even more pending charges on my card this time. For this honest reason I am hesitant to visiting again anytime soon.
