The property was exceptionally clean. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and kind. Joshua, the front desk employee, even went to the trouble of printing and highlighting train routes for us. We had plenty of space and felt very comfortable. My husband needed extra pillos and they happily brought four to our room. The breakfast was good. Standard powdered eggs, waffles, french toast, potatoes, sausage or bacon depending on the day. We were satisfied. The breakfast area was clean and constantly restocked. The property is in an amazing location with stores, restaurants, and entertainment within steps of the property. Overall , this was a great stay and great value.

I really enjoyed the stay. Although I think this is a critique of preference some travels might want to know that the blankets were thin. I preferred that they were light and thin. They were plenty comfortable and clean but if you get cold at night you may need an extra blanket.

The breakfast was good with a variety of foods. The gym was open whenever we wanted. The location was excellent. The staff was always friendly. And it was clean which was the most important factor to us. No pet smells and no smoking. This was my primary concern and it was excellent. The rooms had ample space and they accommodated us by bringing more hangers. We appreciated the coffee pot and fridge in the room. They were used daily. It was also quiet, no kids running up and down the halls late at night or dogs barking. So that was also very important to us. The previous reviews helped us pick this hotel over the others due to these factors.

We really needed a microwave in the room. It was very inconvenient going to the breakfast area to use the microwave and often it was located in the kitchen so the bartender would have to take our food and heat it up in the back. Then we carried the food back to the room with it basically getting cool again by the time we reached the room. Also, maybe for the area the prices are normal, but for us coming from way less expensive areas, the price was double what we expected. But still in the bracket of the other places we were looking at. So I guess thats just the reality in Massachusetts. We didnt use the room cleaning services daily. So at the end of the week we asked for the sheets to be changed and given new towels. But they didn’t understand what we said (no english) and they didnt clean the room. So when we got back from our long day and wanted to go straight to bed, we had to go to the front desk and get sheets and towels and make the beds ourselves. That wasnt great. But it was an accident. So no biggie.

originally placed on a floor with a school trip - very loud, children running around, parents all drinking in the bar. better to put others not associated to the trip on another floor!

I liked the breakfast provided everyday. The convenience of the location with what was around it and close by restaurants. The staff was good and my room was clean.

There was trouble in the bar one night. With people bringing in their own alcohol. We came in after it cleared for a drink because we like the bar. Unfortunately we only had one drink. Because the staff was still trying to get names from a guest I guess and was too emotional. They were basically yelling at each other. I don't blame the staff but if I was in charge I would have shut done the bar for the night.

We were very disappointed in a lot about the breakfast, granted there was a large group that was staying there and that could make it harder, They ran out of forks the orange juice was more water than anything, no bacon and waffles were cold.

The woman at the front desk was very rude and hard to understand. We didn't like the dirty socks under the couch cushions, the horrible stains on the trash can, items under the bathroom sink (unmentionable), the drain stopper in the sink wasn't hooked up correctly, stains in the carpet, This was all found in just moments of staying there. We met some great guests in the pool area and our grandson loved swimming but the chemical smell was overpowering and we were told by the front desk lady it was a salt water pool. The guests made the trip worth it.

The location was very good, walkable to most places for dinner and shopping. The breakfast on offer was well prepared, and gave a little more options than the typical, like offering the ingredients to make a breakfast burrito. It also had almond, oak and soy milk, as well as regular milk. The beds were comfortable, and the room large. The workout room offered cardio and free weights and was clean. I would recommend the hotel to others.
