Average mediacore, "motel like" hotel. Bed was comfy. Close to airport
The shuttle service is practically useless. I took Uber both times to and from the hotel. The timings of shuttle service are odd. If you arrive at 12 PM, you cannot take shuttle before 3:30. If you want to leave at 3 AM upi cannot use shuttle before 4:30. Moreover the shuttle does not belong to the hotel but it is a separate service connecting different hotels in the area, which obviously takes longer time so always keep in mind that additional time.

Pleasant hotel, room was clean, maybe not super-modern, but it was fine. Breakfast was simple but good.
The room was a bit noisy at night. For one, the window didn't do a particularly good job at blocking the roar from the planes taking off. For another, some compressor or other was running all the time. And sometimes, the refrigerator came on, and that was also noisy. It might have been just my room...

The hotel was very close to our long-term parking facility and the parking was on the ground level just under the building, so the car was protected from the harsh sun. The room was adequate except for noise insulation because the traffic noise could be heard though less so at night. The breakfast was adequate for the price of the hotel but there was one hot food if I recall correctly.
The road noise was bothersome.

This property is very close to the airport. It is ideal if you need to stay the night. You are close to the airport but not much more. There is the train down the road which can get you into town. Enterprise car rental is across the road

The hotel is super close to the airport, but also just a five minute ride to the San Bruno BART, so a good location for going in and out of San Francisco. The room was enormous and fully equipped and comfortable.
My room faced the road, which was busy, so quite loud.

Close to the airport. Staff are accommodating/helpful to your needs. Nice breakfast. Loved the waffle-maker.
Electronic badge access sometimes not working. I had to go downstairs twice to have the receptionist replaced my cards. The shower is hard to operate. Some rooms have instructions at the back of the door but not all. I don't like the layout of the room - the wash/sink area is outside the bathroom.

the hotel was close to the airport as we needed a place to sleep during a 14 hour stopover. the staff were excellent and got us into our room at 8am…well before check in time

On entering the lobby, the room was a very pleasant surprise. Very spacious and the bed quite comfortable. Being close to the airport, there is of course aircraft noise and also street noise, but you stay here because it it is close to the airport and the train (BART).

If u don’t mind jet noise this is a great hotel. Everything is equivalent to Marriott or Hilton Garden inn.

proximity to the airport and freeway were fantastic. we were able to find restraints within walking distance and enjoyed our stay.

Very close to SFO ( a few minutes by shuttle) and within walking distance to both the Caltrain and BART stations.

The shuttle bus to & from the airport, though on our last morning despite booking the shuttle it did not arrive, the hotel staff were very helpful in this & got us a taxi.
Breakfast was good once we had learnt how to use the waffle machine!! The hot water for a cup of tea could have been hotter.
Being in a room on the road side,I found the noise from the traffic very disturbing, maybe some double glazing to the windows would help this.
