La ubicación es muy buena, la habitación muy confortable, la cama y las almohadas estuvieron estupendas, todo lucía muy limpio, todo el personal del staff muy queridos y colaboradores, el desayuno estuvo bueno y variado, volvería a alojarme sin dudarlo.

Location to the airport was easy and fast. Shuttle runs on time, courteous and helpful. Checking in was fast and easy, facility was clean. One of the better free breakfasts we've had. The stay and park deal was convenient for our trip.

I did notice a significant discount on the hotel pricing for our returning overnight stay but I didn't notice until after I was charged. I'm not a fan of pricing changes due to market demand leaving some paying more than needed.

The staff were amazing - super friendly and accommodating. Bed was really comfortable and breakfast was simple but tasty. Would absolutely stay again.

The smell (air freshener) when you enter the hotel is a little overwhelming. It is a very pleasant smell, just a bit strong.

I called and was told the shuttle is running to wait. Then we call again and they say wait 5 mins it should be there. Called again 10 mins later and they say oh it's not running anymore there's an issue with the shuttle, take an uber or taxi. Basically wasted like 40 mins waiting for the shuttle that was supposedly coming!!

Der Check/in hat ziemlich lange gedauert. Das Zimmer grundsätzlich war sauber aber im frischen eingerollten Handtuch waren 2 Schwarze lange Haare. Geht garnicht!!! Die Dusche war jetzt nicht dreckig aber auch nicht ansprechend. Der Duschkopf war echt unabetitlich! Der Lärm von drausen vollkommen aushaltbar aber im Hotel war es echt unangenehm. Der Kühlschrank war echt laut....und wir hatten das Zimmer dirket neben den Lift. Die Lampen haben teilweise nicht funktioniert. Die Glübrinen waren locker drinnen und man musste sie rein / bzw rausdrehen zum Licht machen. Alles in einem würde ich sagen für 1 Nacht ausreichend aber für mehr definitiv nicht!

The hotel staff upon check in was super helpful and kind. For this reason alone I would stay here again. The room was comfortable. I liked that there was free coffee in the cafe area 24/7. I was up very early in the morning and it was so nice to have that service. There was also a coffee machine in the room, but I didn't use that.

The room I had was facing a busy street. There was street noise, but I was able to close the window. The breakfast was basic with white bread and a few packaged items; not the greatest.

Approx. 10 min. drive from/to airport, but the area is quiet, clean and safe. Lots of restaurants and markets nearby. Parking is easy. The room with 1 bed and 1 sofa bed is big, nice for 2 adults & 2 kids. Omelets, apple, toast and oatmeal are great for kids.

Breakfast was good but the dining room was small and it becomes crowded. We were pleased that drinks were available 24 hours. Front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. And the shuttle to the airport was a big plus.

Lighting very dull. Location. All the sightseeing and excursions are is san francisco downtown. So we have to use lyft taxi. Cheaper tariff compared to downtown hotels so taxi price will compensate..

Cleanest and friendly staff

we stayed at the hotel on the last day and half at the end of our holiday. We found this hotel very clean and well presented. The staff were very friendly and the guy on reception (cant remember his name) was very helpfull and courteous.I left my phone behind me in our room and i did,nt realise this untill we were at the airport. I called the phone and the reception guy answered it as the house keeping staff had handed it in. He was very helpfull in organising to get it back to me in Ireland. My brother lives in san fran so he collected it and posted it back to me. There is a bus stop just 3 minutes walk from hotel to the Tanforan shopping mall which is just a 10 minute bus ride away. Also free shuttle bus to airport. we enjoyed our stay here.
