Clean hotel

We were woke up in the middle of the night by the fire alarm that turned out to be nothing and room service was trying to come clean our room from early in the morning even though check out is only 11:00. I was also charged for my service dog $75 for one night and that is not legal.

The way the supervisor at the front desk treated me. So unprofessional and she is a supervisor my goodness what is going on with the hospitality industry are they desperate for workers?

Green Mountain coffee is good.

Concierge service would’ve been nice, but they didn’t have it.. I was traveling alone with my 1yr old and it was difficult to try and carry her as I carried my luggage to the elevator to the third floor. Also, there is no continental breakfast…. And they charge $6 a day for parking. WHAT!? The day I checked out, I called down to the front desk and asked if someone could please bring me a luggage cart. I was told that they don’t do that and when I explained that I had my daughter with and it’d help me out a lot if they could, they said they would see what they can do and hung up on me.

The staff was very nice and the bed was really comfortable.
