House keeping, short staffed. Was not apologetic anger at me for asking why? The manager had to come and clean after hours. He was not happy, he could only make the bed he said would send he would house to finishing the cleaning in the moorning because he had get back at the front desk.He ask me if I could stand at the front desk to let me know if any guest came to the desk. I am a guest with a disable son. I requested a weekly rate. He told since I paid for two days day I could not get the weekly fee. Next, said Bob the manager. Because my disable son had to be close the doctor. I paid to stay. Next the rooms were very smokey, we had to be changed from room 126 to 109. With no assistance from the staff. the ghost staff. My Son is in a wheelchair. I pushed from one room to other. Then had leave alone to retrieve our luggage. They were unapologetic. Sad. I was told this place was smoke free. Everyone was smoking outside quest windows. Last but not least the room was cold at night. Due to broken heater fan. No assistance there. To repair the heater.
