מקום שקט עם רכב מאד קרוב לוושינגטון כ 1/2 שעה, ארוחת בוקר מפנקת, הבריכה והחדר כושר מעולה, הצוות מאד אדיב ומקצועי, נקי מאד החדרים השירותים, חדרים מרווחים.
המלון ביקש מאיתנו על מיטה חמישית נוספת לילדה ( ההזמנה בבוקינג הייתה ל 5 נוסעים ) עוד 100 דולר הפקידה טענה שהיא מוכנה לעשות לנו טובה ותוריד לנו ל 50 דולר היינו צריכים לחכות בחוץ כשעתיים עד שבסוף בילי המלון הסכים לתת לנו את המיטה ה 5 ללא תשלום נוסף

The hotel needs updating. Booking needs to be aware of these things. Booking site indicates breakfast is included, not $15.00 per person. Bed was too soft. Lovely staff funny. 👌

The staff was great! The laundry facility was helpful. We did struggle to get 3 dollars in coins of 25 cents. But the staff helped.
If I have to pick something then it would be the room's carpet that could be cleaner.

i did not have it, but the otel was nice, clean
security guard, cameras on each floor and change out old scan lock to key lock...
no security or cameras. unfortunately im dealing with a stalker, ex that i have a protective order against. ive been changing hotels a bit. he gets in after hours finds my room spray a toxic chemical that renders me uncouncioius. entrs room acess cell phone computer credit cards po boxes etc. violates. i found bruises on my arm back leg (went to the emergency room in fear of what was put in my system.) will make police report although police in DMV do nothing. needle point and my skin on my leg was discolored like a huge bruise. im trying to discover how he track me. ther is a device on you tube called a skipper it scan through any keyfob, on cars doors hotel etc. the latch doesnt work but worse im finding hotel rooms are open doors. this person anthon ron chinn and carl holmes ive been to court cant believe im constantly looking for safety. Anthony chnn uses the substance he gets at a feed store to knock his dogs out while cutting their ears (tht alli can think of still researchig what is used on line) hospitals state they dont have a test that would see whats it could be. no i was not safe

Two people were at the front and the assistant manager told us we had to wait for the other lady to get off the phone to be helped. Appeared to be a little racist or at least chose what kind of people she wanted to help. As soon as someone else walked in, she helped them immediately. Room smelled like urine and when requesting a new room the assistant manager shook her head no without asking why or even exploring options for another room. other worker was able to relocate. Pool was not working which was mainly the reason for me driving a hour to the hotel. The assistant manager stated pool and issues were notated on booking but they are not. Hotel definitely struggles with cleaning. Second room was not clean and smelled too. Hot tub water was brown. (took photos) Contacted manager and she stated she would see if eligible for refund and would call back in 30 minutes. Haven’t heard anything and I called 3 hours ago. I checked out within the first 45 minutes of stay. Traveled another hour away to Waldorf location and it was much better!

The location and transportation to DC was the best part of this hotel.
The room was right next to the elevator and I was woken up multiple times by the noise. Also, the room had no view, the window was right next to the roof, to the pool, and the satellites on the roof. Also, the key did not work when we first went to the room and the television was on when we entered the room as if someone was in there. This was the worst experience at a Hilton. When we asked for a new room we were told that the hotel was all booked up and the lady hung up on us. Also, in the morning, before checkout, like 10am, a hotel staff knocked multiple times as if they expected someone else in the room. I had to say yes, and the staff apologized. It was a very unpleasant experience as a whole.

We loved the service we received at breakfast from hostess/server, Africa. She was wonderful when we visited this hotel in June and she still gave us outstanding service this time in December. She engaged with us and was very helpful with any questions we had about anything. She was also really friendly with my 1 yr old nephew who smiled and laughed with her. She is a great asset to the company and we hope she is there when we visit the next time.
The breakfast was great the 1st morning, but the 2nd morning the my kids started the pancakes were off a bit. We asked if there was a change in cooks and was told that there was a change with 1 person missing. The morning of checkout, the mgr was notified of it and apologized to us and stated that the conversation was had with the cooking staff and that the meals would be much better the next time we visit. She was nice as well and was very helpful.

i liked the outside seating and the only person who didn’t have an attitude Gigi.
at checkin on the 5th the girl had an attitude. And took 20 mins to check in. when we got to our room it was incredibly hot. the thermostat temp read 79 degrees. I called for maintenance he can up looked at it and said he would be back within the hour and never came back. When we woke up in the morning we couldnt even wash the sweat off our bodies because there was no hot water. which 20 other people we saw didn’t have hot water either. We paid for our breakfast for four people and we only received 2 vouchers for breakfast so two of us didn’t get to eat. then they charged my mom and dad an extra 168 dollars for a room that had already been paid for. The male Eric behind the counter shushed the guests in the lobby. the female working with him that day yelled at the man next to me. This was by far the worst experience i have ever had at a hilton. I will never be back if it’s not made right
