The beds were comfortable

Staff were lazy and ignored guests. The hotel was very tired and badly maintained. The rooms smelled damp and musty. The breakfast was appalling. The coffee was undrinkable. I read a lot of reviews before choosing this hotel and they were all good...what a joke. This is a 1 star at best. I would not recommend.

Unser Zimmer war nicht für 3 Personen fertig gemacht und wir mussten uns 22 Uhr erstmal noch alles an der Rezeption besorgen und selbst die Couch herrichten. Abholservice dauerte sehr lange vom Flughafen.

Tamanho da cama de casal: bem pequena. Um dos tres dias que nos hospedamos, o quarto não foi limpo e não tivemos as toalhas trocadas nesse dia (o banheiro era úmido e as toalhas não secavam).

Nice stop on way to fly. Breakfast was nice hot, and included.

The facility is looking a bit worn here and there. Carpet in rooms, and some door frames rusting, etc.

It was a good hotel to stay for the night. Friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast. Shuttle took 40 min to pick me up at the airport, apart from that long wait, it was a great experience.

Shuttle long wait. It's almost 20 min far from the airport, thought it was closer.

I liked the room

You all offer Shuttle service to and from the airport which is one of main reasons we chose your hotel and it was the worse when we landed. We landed called the hotel waited almost an hour for the shuttle and when the driver arrived he didn't even slow down for us to signal him he drove pass and left. I was left at the airport with my two children and mother at 10 pm in the night. To add to that the weather was so cold and the person at the front desk that night was not helpful at all. Now to reach to the hotel we had to call a lyft which of course was additional money which was not supposed to be spent as you all offer this service. In addition the same clerk at the desk that night wasn't even bothered when we arrived at the hotel and he gave us incorrect information about the breakfast times. He told us breakfast was from 7 am to 10 am daily only to find out on Monday when we went down at 8: 50 am bfast is finished at 9 am on weekdays. Again me and my family had to find bfast similar to finding transport when we landed. And it wasnt even us alone that was unaware of the bfast times for the weekdays alot of persons were disappointed and were annoyed as well as they also thought it ended at 10am.

Nos gustó la cercanía con el aeropuerto y la zona estaba cerca de las reuniones familiares a las que asistimos. el desayuno estuvo variado y pudimos disfrutar de el un día ya que de resto estuvimos en familia, muy bien la limpieza de las habitaciones, el descanso excelente allí.

La atención del chico del turno de la tarde carece de empatía y tacto para comunicarse con los huéspedes, no nos apoyo mucho en cuanto a ciertas preguntas de turismo, mientras que el del turno de la mañana siempre tuvo disposición y buen trato.

Quando chegamos informamos que queríamos pagar cash. Na hora do checkin informaram para pagarmos no cartão que, na saída seria estornado e pagaríamos cash. A palavra não foi honrada. Tivemos que pagar no cartão de credito.

Las habitaciones cómodas. Cruzando la calle hay muchos lugares para comer, recomiendo uno de comida peruana llamado Chullos, excelente comida.

Para que te recojan del aeropuerto hay que llamar, en nuestro caso tardaron como 45 minutos en llegar, nos dijeron que habían horarios, pero en la reserva dicen qué hay que llamar. Al hacer el check in no te dicen que te ponen un 25% como garantía, solo si te das cuenta y preguntas te lo dicen, pregunté y me dijeron que esa era la razón, pero no me supieron decir cuándo será reembolsado, en mi caso casi $90.-, sería bueno que lo avisen en la reserva o te lo digan al momento de hacer el check in para no llevarte la sorpresa, espero lo reembolsen realmente.

Excelente hotel, justo lo que necesitábamos. Personal muy amable, todos sin excepción.

The price

Breakfast was terrible. Night staff was helpful, but the morning staff was the worst. When they could understand English, it came across like you bothering them, especially the young man at the front desk, who was busy playing on his phone

It was close to the airport.

Only one working elevator, no food at breakfast, no linens for the sofa sleeper, wrong info about cruise shuttle, ice machines were broken, airport shuttle took 50 mins to pickup at Miami international.

The staff was courteus

i love that we didn't arrive until 2am and we were still able to check in. our flight kept getting delayed. we only spent a couple hours. due to us having to catch a cruise in the morning.
