The staff was very friendly and it was close to what we needed
The front doors were a little slow on opening

Access around the back for parking. Getting into the building was not easy. Had to walk all way around. Couldn’t park out front. No room.

Staff in breakfast area and front desk were really friendly and helpful, My husband has mobility issues and they offered to help him get around if we needed anything.

The staff at the front desk and breakfast area were really nice and friendly. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and were always happy to answer any questions I had. It was clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about the guests.
The state of the bathroom in my room was well below our expectations. While the room was somewhat clean, the bathtub showed clear signs of a very long service life. It was quite dated and could definitely use an upgrade. While this didn't ruin our stay, it was definitely noticeable and detracted from the overall experience.

Location is good for a midway between ottowa and montréal, clean rooms and the rooms are very nice
Gym is a little lack luster but is still sufficient for cardio

The room was spacious and bed comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very nice.
We got this smell of coconut or something that came in the room. Spray in the room or hall. It was so strong. Did not like that . especially when you have allergies. I dropped my pen and it fell behind the bed. Pulled the bed ahead and the dirt and stuff on the floor behind the head of the bed . The beds need to be pulled out and vacuumed and dusted. It was dirty.

Bed was comfy
We’ve booked this hotel before. We have also contacted them multiple times about whether dogs were allowed - which I’ve always been told yes for an additional charge. When we arrived I indicated our dog was with us and the staff member behind the desk was extremely rude. We mentioned that we spoke to a girl and she said yes, and his tone was incredibly demeaning “I don’t know who you spoke to but I guess I can’t turn you away now”. It was an unpleasant experience to say the least and we will never be returning.

I was told absolutely no dogs in the hotel and when I get there it was full of dogs... ?? I called before my stay to ask because I have 2 small dogs and the guy say NO DOGS so I had to pay a kennel!!! So frustrating I spent a lot of money and I would’ve loved for my dogs to be able to spent New Years Eve with me at this hotel.. so disappointed:(
And during my stay when I went to the reception to ask about it the guy started to laugh and said I don’t know what happened....... 😡
