Location/staff/tub

Hmmmm … carpets Not clean. My window did not lock. There were locks, however they were broken and twice I saw shady folks in hoodies walking by through the brush butted up next to the back of the hotel windows. The 1st floor exit door remains unlocked all day and all night (I know this because I went out the door and came back in … without a key) and your personal hotel door still has metal keys for entry, which can be easily broken into. For the same price nightly, other hotels boast a free breakfast. The restaurant in this building is shut down. But the pub is open. I however, did not go in. There are fast foods and groceries across the highway.

Hallways are dark. Furniture a bit outdated.

Staff was great Lounge downstairs with good food and VLT's Room was great

We checked into one room and the water wouldn't drain in the sink. We moved to another room and found out the next morning the electrical outlet wasn't working. Maintenance would be in that day to fix them.

Bed and room were very comfortable. And I like the show-er head that comes directly from the ceiling :-)

That the restaurant only opens at 10:00 am. The breakfast menu looked good but it’s all for naught if it’s closed.

Everything was top-notch during our stay. Amazing new shower system, smart room lay-out etc. And comfy beds!!!!!

Everything was really good. I am a semiretired Hotelier and just giving all kudos to all of you in lovely warm and friendly city of Hinton. Thank you for great hospitality.

Hi there, I am a semi-retired Hotelier and let me just put it all in a few words. First of all we loved your shower. Secondly very comfy bed, soft towels and entire lay-out of the room etc. Your staff was just amazing, very friendly etc.

First impression is always right. Great location, your parking lot always full of cars so it already tells a future guest that it is a busy place.

It was right off the Highway and was walking distance to a store. Staff were very friendly, pub had good food. Great overnighter.
