Comfortable bed. Clean room.
I don't think it would be that difficult or expensive to buy a few decaf pods. Appologizing in writing and in person for not having them is not the same as actually providing some for those who can't drink caffeinared coffee.

Great price and the room was exceptionally clean!!! I’ve stayed in other hotels that were half as clean and comfortable for twice the price!!!
There was no blow dryer in my room (I didn’t ask at the front if they had any, but they probably would have if I had asked as they were very friendly)

The staff was uber friendly and genuinely seemed concerned with your satisfaction, all while being very friendly with making you feel welcome and they're appreciative that you chose their Motel.
Property was clean and tidy. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud.

i would believe most hotel/motel rooms stays include a couple and yet most rooms only have 1 chair in them so 2 people cannot sit at the table together for coffee/breakfast
It would be helpful to have a printed sheet for the television with a channel listing and where to find the guide

The room was clean, the bed comfortable. It had a cabinet that store TV and mini fridge and draws. It had a multi plug for my camera equipment.

Location, privacy, clean & quiet space, parking lot just outside your front door, which is very convenient. Comfy living room corner. I liked the idea of having the sink outside the bathroom.
Everything was great, honestly. Kitchen is closed during summer, but there's a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and some kitchen utensils available, just like any other hotel/motel.

the room temperature was too hot. the air conditioner was not able to cool the room down sufficiently. had a very poor sleep as a result. we should have asked for assistance but thought it would sort itself. it did not.

The location was very close to Jasper National Park. The receptionist was very kind and friendly. He even recommended local restaurant for dinner.
