Everything the 🥞 was awesome the rooms were so clean and the beds the staffs were so friendly they had tables that a whole family can seat to eat there breakfast as a family my kids told me I finally found a hotel they liked and they felt safe
Well I can't say anything bad about the hotel I will definitely come back

Size of rooms was decent
Swimming pool full of hair. Facility is pet friendly however rooms don't have sound proof doors (large 1" gap under our door), so you can hear dogs barking as if they're in your room. You can also hear conversations clearly.

Pool closed at 10pm and the purpose of our visit to Portland was for regional volleyball tournament that did not finish up in time to utilize the pool.

The price was decent compared to other in area. And enough space and sleeping spots for whole family (6) and able to stay together one room. Alot hotels will only allow 4 total in one room which isn't cost effective nor comfortable when I'm in one room with 2 kids and my husband is in another with 2 other ones.

It was a close hotel to the tourists attractions we wanted to visit, comfortable and nice rooms. 5 of us stayed there and we had a good night.
It took more than 30 minutes to do the check in because the system was down and the guy who was in the front desk could not get us a key to enter our room... he was doing like 10000 phone calls

The breakfast was really good and had a lot of choices unlike other hotels. Very pleased!!

Great breakfast. Comfy beds and clean.
Asked for a quiet room as we were right next to the busy road. Told there were rooms available but not the same type of room. We were happy with this option. However we were then told we couldn't be moved because we had booked through a 3rd party. We were then told to turn on the fan in the room to try to drown out the noise. The Manager was very kind the next day and said this shouldn't have happened and gave us a good reimbursement.

They over charged my card. When I went down and talk to them they said it was on corporate and it should be refunded.

Our room was right next to the elevator which, in addition to the airport noise, was a lot.
