Spacious property with garden, close to coast path & blue flag beach
La propriété a un aspect ouvert avec un grand jardin ensoleillé, avec chauffage central au gaz. Il dispose également d'un grand parking hors route avec un grand garage qui peut être utilisé pour sécher des combinaisons humides et stocker des équipements tels que des kayaks, des planches de surf, etc. La propriété peut accueillir 5 et 1 bébé de moins de 2 ans, dans 3 chambres, 2 en bas, une avec 2 lits simples et l'autre une simple, tandis que la troisième chambre avec un lit King est à l'étage.
Il a 1 salle de bain qui est également en bas avec une baignoire et une douche séparée. Un lit et une chaise haute sont également fournis
La cuisine est moderne et bien équipée avec une cuisinière à gaz, un four électrique, un réfrigérateur-congélateur, un lave-linge, un lave-vaisselle et un micro-ondes. Le salon dispose de suffisamment d'espace pour cinq personnes et est équipé d'une télévision avec les chaînes Freeview, d'un lecteur DVD et d'une connexion Wi-Fi.

Il se trouve au bord du parc national de la côte du Pembrokeshire, à seulement 10 minutes. de la plage de Newgale qui a des zones réservées au surf, à la planche à voile et au kite surf, etc., et à la crique de sable de Nolton Haven, les deux vous donnent accès au sentier de la côte du Pembrokeshire.
Le bungalow est situé au centre de Pembrokeshire dans une position idéale pour visiter le comté, avec de belles criques et plages à explorer, de superbes pubs pour se détendre et le paysage n'est pas mal non plus. For our first time in Wales this was a lovely home from home. Everything you could want for a holiday home. Lovely area, lovely beaches and places to visit. Local supermarkets only a short drive away. The small roads can be a bit unnerving for those of us not used to them but all in all a wonderful stay.

Lovely House in a great Location
My family and I stayed for a week to visit friends near Newgale Beach. What a lovely clean house. All the kids were happy with their rooms. The kitchen included everything you would need (ie. utensils, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine) and towels were provided.
The house is conveniently located a few miles from Haverfordwest with several large supermarkets, pubs and restaurants. There was plenty for us to do as a family regardless of the weather. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Thank you Stephen for your quick communication. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Close to great beaches!
More space than the listing suggested. Lovely grass back garden with plenty of space for sunbathing, hanging wetsuits etc. Very comfortable couches. Beautiful beaches within easy reach. As other reviewers mentioned, the narrow country roads aren’t suitable for pedestrians, especially at night so you need the car to go anywhere.
Being picky - could benefit from fixing the very stiff patio door, smart TV but didn’t seem to be connected to any apps, rickety bathroom cabinet.

Stay in Roch
We really enjoyed our stay in this centrally located property which have us access to the stunning beaches and coastline in the area. The property manager was really helpful and reassuring especially with worries around Covid restrictions and sent us clear instructions. The house was clean and spacious and had everything we needed, so would recommend it to others. I wasn’t sure about using Vbro as I hadn’t heard of it before however it seemed reasonably straightforward although having a contact number could provide a personal touch for those that struggle with technology.

Lovely property
Possibly one of the nicest properties we have ever stayed in. It has everything you need and is more spacious than the photos suggest. The kitchen is well equipped (in fact possibly one of the best equipped kitchens we have experienced). The weather was good so all in all a lovely stay in wales.

Lovely little house with everything you could need. Situated on the edges of Roch on a tiny, quiet estate of just a few roads. Only downside was that there is nothing in walking distance but a glorious beach is a short drive away. An extra bathroom would have been good and the garden needed a tidy but that is me being picky. Felt it was great value for money overall.

Great house, perfect for our holiday!
We loved our stay in a Pembrokeshire. The house was perfect for our needs. It was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed (although an indoor drying rack could be a helpful addition), and was much bigger than we’d expected.
The house was really comfortable and on a lovely peaceful estate just ten minutes drive to the beach.
We’d happily go back here and hope to do so in the future.

Lovely cottage in Wales
Great little cottage. A modern house, which was roomy - 3 good sized bedrooms and a spacious open-plan lounge /diner. Kitchen very spacious and well-equipped, too. All in all, really comfortable and spotlessly clean. About 10 mins from nearest beach. Be prepared for a drive down some windy roads. Lovely coastal scenery nearby. The only thing I would add would be a bit more cutlery so that you don't run out before the dishwasher is full! Thanks for a lovely stay.

Appreciation
We had a wonderful stay in this well kept cottage. The house was lovely; spacious, warm and light. The fully equipped kitchen along with a few important condiments made cooking a breeze. The lounge had plenty of entertainment from dvds to board games. We were spoiled for choice for day activities with plenty of beaches and stunning coastal walks all within a close radius.

We recently stayed here over Christmas and loved it. It was super clean, had everything you could possibly need and was much bigger than it looks in the pictures. They even decorated it for Christmas which just goes to show how considerate the owner is. Would definitely stay here again.

Having stayed in lots of properties in Pembrokeshire this is one of the best. Immaculately clean, comfortable and spacious, the photographs don't do it justice. There is everything you would need, including a hairdryer! The location is excellent, just 10 minutes from Newgale. We arrived on December 27th and the house had been decorated for Christmas, which was a lovely touch. The owner was extremely helpful. All in all an excellent break. Can't recommmend enough.

The bungalow was spacious as advertised. We actually found the lounge area bigger than the photos. Had all the utensils and appliances you will need. All you need to do is provide the food.
Really enjoyed our relaxing stay. We found the location great for exploring both the north and south of the area.
