Great location. 1.5km walk to town. Good breakfast and great staff.
Room was tiny, floors were not level. Had to open bathroom door to towel dry. Very old building and needs some serious maintenance to bring u to standard including front stairs. 4 day stay

Great location and room was clean
Room was SO hot on an already 30 degree day. My husband and I are on our honeymoon and instead of resting ready for a huge day of driving, we were up half the night googling the fan and thermostat brand to cool down the room. Also completely overpriced…we have stayed at 3 other places in the Rockies for less and the accomodations were FAR nicer.

The property is a mix of cabins and a lodge. It is on a hill over looking a river. So peaceful and beautiful.
The place is old. Our shower was so small I could hardly turn around in it. It was warm in the cabins during the day. It was really expensive for how small the cabin and lodge room is.

Location
Our room was very hot and we couldn’t cool it down in the summer. Couldn’t get in to the restaurant for dinner without a reservation.

We loved the bed, it was super comfy! The river right next to the lodge was also incredible, with seats for people to use. Great location to walk or cycle into town too.
The shower in our room was far too powerful, to the point it was painful to be under it. You also couldn’t reduce the pressure manually on the shower head enough to make it bearable.

I loved how welcoming the staff was. And the place was amazing our cabin was cute and cozy and it was just over all the perfect getaway.

This place was a lovely location to stay for a couple of nights. The lodges were very quaint but had everything that you needed for the stay.
The lodge has stunning views over the river for which you could sit and watch for hours.
Wildlife comes on to the lodge so we managed to see some elk right outside. Others who were staying and had stayed before said they even saw bears earlier in the year.
Easy to walk into town from this location and some walks all near-by.
Unfortunately due to staff shortages the restaurant wasn't open which was a shame as the food is meant to be great.

View was great as well as the location.
The beds were good but very difficult to get into due to one being in almost like a closet and the other one scrunched into an alcove.

The cabins are very clean and comfy. Our cabin did not have an outside table though.
I would have liked to have an outside table in front of our cabin too like out neighbors 🙄

The location was stunning, with a surprise view in the garden where we were able to drink and view the wildlife from the comfort of the communal chairs. The food was fantastic and the location just a 15 minute walk from Jasper. There are great walks/cycles at your doorstep. Our stay exceeded our expectations.

Being in nature, the mountains, the hikes, the white water rafting, the staff, everything was great, but the wifi was unreliable at some of the cabins in which my family stayed, and at the Lodge where my husband and I stayed.

good location
we booked a cabin for 4 people, however there was barely enough room for 2 people to sleep.
the beds were extremely small, leading to us having Almost no sleep at all. Also note that we are regular-sided people.
we’ve had a much cheaper cabin in another stay which was way more comfortable and equiped

love the location and the restaurant was super!
we had 2 rooms in the lodge. we could hear people in the room next snoring and coughing and talking. hard to sleep.

The location of the lodge and our cabin was phenomenal! Loved having hiking trails right at our doorstep!
The water pressure in the shower was too high and unadjustable - it hurt a bit a take a shower and also the entire bathroom floor got wet every time we used the shower.

We stayed at the lodge. Breakfast was good. Dinner was okay but not excellent. had high expectations given the reviews. the property in general was nice and close to were we wanted to go.
bathroom was really tiny, but we survived. didn't know where to put our toiletries. need more shelving and hooks. AC would have been handy during that really hot week. we were at the last unit overlooking the playground. the stairs going out and down was too close to the window in our room. we had people walking down. it would have been nice if that was not accessible. it was already hot in that room we could not leave the window curtains open to let the air come in.

I wish the advertisement was clearer; I was hoping for a tub and got a stand up shower. It wasn’t the end of the world, but it would have impacted my choice.

Love the ambience, nice little cabins. Very rustic. Would be absolutely perfect for a ski trip. Cozy, warm, comfortable. Great view, very quiet and secluded.
We went in the middle of a heat wave so the cabins were extremely hot and stuffy.

We stayed in a small cabin but it was exactly what we were expecting! The balcony was perfect for morning coffees and evening drinks! We didn’t get a chance to use the fire place inside as the weather was quite beautiful but we know it would’ve heated the cabin up immensely if we did! Very clean, kitchenette was fully stocked, coffee and tea provided. TONS of trails in the area.
The only thing not great was our unit was attached to another unit. Thankfully no one was in the other one until the end of our trip. Fairly sound proof tho.
