For the outside view, Windows was not clean

Breakfast was not up to the standards. Few options were offered. You have to make your own pancakes.

The bed was not comfortable. Small size bed and also very small TV.

They upgraded our room because our initial booking for 2 queen beds was full. I was a bit unhappy at first, since they gave us a room with 1 king size bed and a sofa bed. But it turns out the room was great! The breakfast was great too. With lots of choices. The scrambled eggs were very well done, tender, not dry. They also have other warm food, like potatoes, sausage and beans. Many choices of bagels and bread and muffins. Best breakfast at hotels we stayed for our trip. The whole place was very clean, and the building looks like very well done, very high quality interior work, not like lots of other hotels cheaply done.

the Jacuzzi's drainage seal was not working. Otherwise would try that too. ;)

I loved everything about it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat

Clean and quiet room, comfortable bed, good breakfast and short distance from old town (~11 kms). Breakfast area was nice and open. Washroom was spotless clean with amenities in proper dispensers instead of miniature bottles.

King size bed was awesome

1. Very bad soundproofing awakes you to any guests leaving and, given number of suites sharing same coridor, don't count on sleepin after 5-30 am. 2. King suites have "connecting door" leading to adjusent suite which results in: - no night stand and lamp at the right side of the bed - hou hear your neighbour and they hear you, albeit not much different than guests speaking in the coridors. Tip: you can move small table from the window to the bed side and use it as a night stand - see picture. Don't forget to move it back after.
