Very run down

It’s a rough hotel in a rough neighbourhood. It was cheap and central so I stayed there but likely won’t again as I’d rather pay the extra money for a better hotel. Staff was nice but comforter was stained with cigarette burns, overall it was not very clean, very dated and beaten up decor, but kinda worth staying once to remind me that sometimes the cheapest option is not the best option.

Open at 8am on Saturday morning, a bit late

Not recommendable. The whole hotel just absolutely stincs of smoke. Even in the room which should be no smoking room smelt like a 1000 cigarets. Old outdated and far to expensive compared with other hotels in Yellowknife.

There are no smoking signs everywhere but the place clearly let's people smoke whenever & where ever they want. The entire place smells extremely disgusting with cigarette smoke.

Towels are too old. They were cleaned but brownish. Smells in corridors.

Not sure why anyone would stay here. Canadian North cancelled my flight and failed to find accomodation for me and this is all that was left in Yellowknife. It or sleep outside. So I chanced it. *Smells of smoke *3 flights of stairs no elevator *People in the lobby drunk and arguing *$173 for room! *Pizza box in my the fridge which was unplugged *Coffee pot still full from the previous guest with the pouch in the coffee machine *Sheets, yuck! *Towels are literally pink and so so old Worst place one could ever stay if they are sane. I ended up putting my own sheets on the bed, and using my own towels and toiletries. You might read this review and think I'm exaggerating. But trust me, go somewhere else. It is as bad as I say it is. Please, do not bring your kids here.
