Everything! Free drinks and free breakfast. Super clean, had a really nice gym, and close to a lot of things in the area!
The lighting in the rooms were a bit too dark on my opinion

We had 4 in our room but we kept only getting 3 bath towels, had to go to the front desk Rudy to get another towel.

When we arrived there was a big group of school teenagers had just checked in and we were worried about the noise, but once we got it to our suite its was quite and comfortable, the bedroom gave us privacy from the living where our son was sleeping, the suite was clean and well maintained, the hotel got lots of parking space, nice cafe and restaurants around the Hotel.

The young man who checked me in to room 825 on 8/30 was the only one who was pleasant and exceeded expectations and I'd like him to get some recognition for being excellent and providing excellent service
The staff was rude, the women working front desk had attitudes ...all the others were short with guest and rude and refused to bring anything up to the rooms and the one thing they told me they'd bring was after I came down from my room because I was refused everything else and it would be nice if breakfast was till 10am everyday

The room was nice.
I booked for 4 people and nothing was prepared for that. I had to ask for the right amount of towels for my family a few times. The staff was upset that I had booked through booking.com and brought this up several times. The breakfast was poorly prepared than in the Best Western Hotel.

our heat didn’t work in the room, we had a terrible sleep. it was 65 F in our room. Someone came to look at it but it still wasn’t fixed!

I liked the location, the happy hour with the free drinks, and the price for the room. It was also decorated nicely for the holiday.
I didn't like how cold it was through out the building during our entire stay. I was also a little disappointed about the fact of the onsite restaurant not being open for dinner on Dec 25 2023.
