Facilities are tired. Entire hotel, especially rooms need a complete makeover.

Location was good. Bed was comfortable.

Check-in staff was cold and unwelcoming. It was as if we were interrupting their day. Little or no information beyond a curt "breakfast from 6 to 10." Key card was deactivated the next morning since they only checked us in for 1 night, even though we confirmed with them for 2 nights. Room was not cleaned by 3:30 PM the 2nd day and when we asked if housekeeping was daily, was told "I think it is every 2 days?" Shower rod was pulling back the tile in bathtub (see attached) meaning shower curtain would not stay closed and floor was covered with water. Bottom of bathroom door rotting and floor tiles cracked and lifting from water damage. Microwave missing control knob for heat selection meaning unusable. Overall, very unsatisfactory stay at a property where we have stayed many times in the past without any major issues.

Location of as good for major highways. Breakfast selection was good.

Air conditioner unit in room VERY noisy. Slightly older building but clean room.

Location, comfortable bed, clean and quiet

Breakfast was over too early for us to eat there. I have difficulty walking. I asked at check in where she was putting us. Her response was, “301 is what we have available”. Ok, we headed to 301 only to find 301 is the last room at the end of the hall. Difficult walk for me. I didn’t find the staff to be very friendly or accommodating. In hind-site, I should have pushed my question further to get a room closer to the elevator but she seemed pretty adamant that she was giving me what was available.

The room was clean & nice, beds were comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were good. The breakfast dining area was clean and food choices were acceptable.

Hallway rugs appeared to be dingy looking. Bathroom shower only has a shower head, but no shower hand held attachment

We stayed at room 214. Room was in an extremely bad stage. The ceiling and the wall were like after a flooding. Moldy smell inside. The floor was effectively rape off, literarily had holes, cracks in it. If not pay attention you might fall. AC was extremely noisy. On top of this outside, near the windows, was an external unit that made crazy noise all night long. One of top 3 worst hotels ever.

It was in a very good location. I had the chance to take walks, visit the mall and bookshop nearby. I think that's lovely. The room was spacious and clean too. I enjoyed the breakfast

It was quiet and the location was nice.

The property could use some updating and come extra cleaning. There was dust in the window sill and on the curtains. The wallpaper was raising as if there was water damage on the wall. Just some extra cleaning and updating.

Rooms were easy to get to. Nice lobby spaces to sit or eat or read. Parking was ample and no charge.
