It was ok

We were given a form and signed that 50.00 for incidentals would be placed on our card then the clerk said it was 100.00 incidental that would be charged. We asked why did the form have 50 if it was 100, she said the forms hadn’t been updated. We refused to pay the 100, she said well I can’t check you in. We asked for a manager, of course no manager was there. She texted somebody, I guess then she said 50.00. How can you ask us to sign a contract that states 50 then say you’re charging 100?

I enjoyed not being there anymore

Service was horrible. I found what appeared to be blood on the bathroom wall and a starburst wrapper on the floor and neither were from me.

I liked the kitchen. Also liked the rate.

Didn’t like the location and them having no pool or breakfast.

Lovely people working there, super helpful.

Rooms were a bit small.

Wanted a place that was close to Signature Theatre, needed a microwave & fridge, and this was perfect. There's tons of food options around. Staff was nice. There are a lot of amenities that we didn't get the chance to take advantage of, but I think it's great that they have them. If I'm in the area again would probably rebook.

I was a little concerned for the front desk staff at night because of where the entrance is located, it feels as though someone could just walk up on them by surprise if they had bad intentions. Hopefully there was security somewhere I couldn't see that protects them.

Still have yet to receive my $50.00 deposit back, no contact from Hotel, also should broadcast this a bit better on Third-Party apps.
