David at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.

No housekeeping during my stay. I understand that it is upon request, but they should still come and refill the towels and shampoo/soap and empty garbage cans

Everything was great!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The location is nice however, This hotel has a mildew smell as soon as you enter the hallway on the first floor which really irritated my breathing, and the room was very dirty. The carpets in the rooms have a cool damp feel, there are long strands of hair that are painted/sealed into the ceiling, toilets have filth and dirt all around the outside and bottom of the toilet, shower floors also had long straight strands of hair on the floor, air conditioning unit has trash and dust throughout the unit and trash is pushed in corners with brooms and vacuums. I expected so much more given the familiar name but was given Motel 6 quality for double the cost.

They charged me twice although I had payed through booking.com, they chsrged me zgain and still didn't reimbursr me despite explaining the sitauation to the manager.

Perfect location for getting into the city without staying in it. Breakfast was decent. Beds were comfortable

The first room that we were given was not clean from the previous guests. We arrived fairly late, and were just ready to go to sleep, so we were unhappy about that delay. The worker, however, got us a new room in a timely fashion.

I’m member of hilton hotels. I love stay in hiltons Hotels they always have good breakfast and the staff are so nice with costomers, We sleep Comfortable.

The greeter or guy at the front complained about his job cussed a lot. Did not hesitate to tell me or anyone else about his horrible night and how angry he was and how he was not in the mood to be there. Very unprofessional for me and my kids. He even spoke to the guest before me rudwly and aggressively

Unless you're a smoker, there's no place to sit outside. And if you do sit outside, you're going to sit between two ashtrays and a garbage can with all of the cigarette butts and ashes ground into the concrete around you. It stinks and they don't care. Responsible

Random parking lot service fee added to a second bill after check out. I was told this was a corporate decision. Not a fan of a hidden fee placed on a card after checkout. This fee is questionable as it is not included in the price of the stay AND doesn’t matter if you park a vehicle in the lot or not. VERY odd. Luckily caught it as I was about to leave, and the charge was refunded. I’d watch out for that.

Breakfast was great. Good variety. Room and bathroom were clean.

Could have used a couple of more pillows.

The staff was very helpful and professional. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Their breakfast choices were generous. The coffee could be better however it is available 24/hrs a day including tea and hot chocolate.

Unfortunately these are things you cannot change. Im a light sleeper and even on the 5th floor I could hear trucks and cars from the road all night. I even had my room change across the hall (there was less road noise) but I continued to hear it. The other issue is access to the property. You have to either drive 1 mile pass the hotel to make a u-turn or pass the property and take an awkward right and quick left to wait at a light to take a left to get access to the property.
