The bed was very comfortable, and I also liked the brand of products you have in the bathroom. The employee at check out this morning was very friendly and helpful.
One of the main reasons why I booked this hotel over others in the area was because of your pool. It is open until 8pm. We arrived at your hotel to check in at 6:45, which should have given my daughter a good solid hour using the pool. When we walked in though, there were 14 people in line ahead of us to check in and only one employee working. It took 45 minutes in line to finally check in. We didn’t get checked in until close to 7:30. I asked the employee if they would be able to keep the pool open for a bit longer than normal since we didn’t get to use it due to you having 1 employee working and she said no. That was super frustrating.
The other thing I didn’t like about the property is that when we finally got to our room, there were 2 huge wet spots on the carpet. Almost like parts of the carpet had been soaked by something. I have no idea what it was, but it was super gross. I called down to the front desk to see if there was a different room that didn’t have a wet carpet, but since the one employee was probably still checking people in, no one picked up. I gave up and we just avoided those areas of the carpet.

Hotel is aged and outdated. Things are kind of worn out. But then again they are in the middle of remodeling.so things will probably be better. The staff was very friendly and the location is great.
Breakfast ends earlier than what was said on the website. But I was told that that will be corrected. Gate to get out of the parking lot is a little finicky. But there is plenty of parking.

The location was perfect for why we were there
The staff were rude, they didn’t clean our room and didn’t give us fresh linen. When we called to talk to guest services they interrupted us in the middle of our conversation and transferred us to a number that didn’t work. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever experienced! The worst place to go! It looked as if the hotel had a flood because they had floor fans all over the place!

The bed pillows and sheets were very comfortable. The size of the room was good as well.
The bathroom was a disaster and the boiler broke so we had no hot water. Our bathroom ceiling had visible water damage and I'm pretty sure an active leak in the ceiling as well. The food options are nonexistent after 10 so you need to rely on delivery.

I like how close it was to the airport and it was a great location to get into the city.
The staff were extremely rude and our room was filthy. There was dust everywhere, the bath tub was dirty and the toilet was also dirty. For a junior suite, we did not get an experience worth the money.

No refrigerator’s or microwave’s in. I am a diabetic on insulin and I had no way to keep my insulin cold other than ice in a container. Insulin is to expensive to let it go bad because the hotels have no refrigerator in rooms.

The room was not that clean. Cobwebs under the desk. Dust and embedded dirt on the front of the dresser. Bathroom has crack along the floor around the tub. Air conditioner loud. Furnture in lobby very, very dirty. Need to be steam cleaned or replaced.

Everything they didn’t have an iron , ice machine or dryer they say breakfast was supposed to be free they tried to charge me even though I had the card that said I get free breakfast. I only ate one time , Parking was over crowded and very high price. Staff the staff was rude front desk same. It was one house cleaning lady she didn’t mine helping at all.

Me they didn’t have it I came downstairs and it was beside her, None of the electric socket works other than the lamp’s on the table . No room refrigerators I was trying to asks questions before checking out that lady told me drop the key and someone will reach out.

The staff were very helpful and made the whole check-in and check out very pleasant. The warm cookies were delicious. And the airport shuttle in the early morning was very much appreciated! The room was very comfortable for a good nights sleep.

Only, there was a lady in the reception who treated us rudely. She was impatient and rude, to say the least. This lady is African American and approximately 45-55. I want to complain about her there.

The Bar was okay.
The walls were very thin. We could hear people in the next room snoring. You could hear inside the rooms from the hall. Zero sense of privacy. Poor water pressure. Check in was at 3pm, but our room wasn't ready until 7pm.

The property was somewhat OK, but the makeover was not great
As soon as you walk on the elevators, it was a smell when you got on the floor to your room. The hallways were dark Denji the floors were dirty the rooms the bed you felt like something was crawling on you. The swimming pool was horrible. It was murky and it was hair inside the pool, it was very nasty.

The location was great. The room was spacious.
No microwave or refrigerator in the room. The tub didn’t drain properly. The shower didn’t have no skid mat and the safety bar was loose. No bedside clock. No courtesy coffee bar or water in lobby.

We have stayed at this location, pre Covid, during Covid and now post Covid. In general the hotel is dirty and dated. The hallway carpet was worn, sticky and out dated. The elevator made unusual noises. Room curtains didn’t block outside light.

The room was a bit outdated considering what was charge a night the toilet acted like it didn’t want to flush at times the heating and cooling unit was super loud and sounded like it was gonna conk out the room keys for parking weren’t working properly had to keep calling for assistance to get in and out but they really need to consider giving these rooms an upgrade

No where when booked the room did it say deposit of $100 dollars and didn’t say $20 per vehicle to park at hotel that cost me $40 to park my vehicle and hers my room went from $161.75 to $200.75 and didn’t include breakfast to many hidden fees if I would of known ahead of time wouldnt of stayed not worth it at 200
