Room needs major remodeling

Großes Zimmer. Es gab einen Kühlschrank und eine Keurig Kaffeemaschine, allerdings nur mit einer Kaffeekapsel. Wir bekamen auf Nachfrage eine nach. Milch war auch nicht vorhanden, bekamen wir aber ebenfalls auf Nachfrage. Das Bad ist ziemlich old fashioned. Badewanne, keine Dusche. Im Zimmer Steckdosen aber keine USB Ladestation. Hotel liegt direkt neben einem Krankenhaus. Nachts landete zweimal der Hubschrauber. Alles war sehr sauber. Personal freundlich. Parkplatz vorm Haus war kostenlos. Sportsbar im Haus.

Breakfast was not worth the extra cost added to the room. Location was good, but there were no water bottles in the room or hall area. Purchased cheap looking water bottles at the check-in desk for $3.00 each. I considered this a rip off. You can tell I didn't like much.

Offer more for the price and make the stay in the hotel exceptional. Something that lives up to your prior reputation.

Parking “first come, first serve” is not fair to paying guests & better signage with hospital directions should be posted. Prices are high.

I loved that there was a Peloton bike in the fitness room! All of the staff that I met were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the included breakfast was very nice.

Gave notice for cancellation and possible rescheduling. Went off the booking.com statement that there may be a partial cancellation fee. Was told by staff there is no fee you simply lose all your payment since they already have it. Arrived at midnight since they were fully charging me. Complaint submitted to booking.com customer service.
