Newly renovated rooms. Quiet rooms.

Door to the room was not in great shape.

Nicely renovated since we visited 6 years ago. The owners and staff went above and beyond. Will definitely stay again when visiting Perth.

Overall a great location for the price. Friendly stuff, convenient parking, room was nice and clean.it’s good location if you want spend some peaceful time with family it’s good location.

The location os super amazing, and the staff is the friendliest I have seen.

The bed was comfortable, but much framer than my bed at home so it always takes getting used to. That is a personal thing with me though. Their beds are awesome.

The location was great,right on Hwy 7.The room had a fridge,microwave and coffee maker so convenient,especially in winter.Oh and the room was nice and warm adjustable heat.Ww loved the cleaniness and comfort of our room.we will definitely be back.

I always like it there. It's quiet, clean, modern, and is run by a very friendly.family.

The only thing I would have to say is some of their door locks need to be re keyed. They are old handles and sometimes it takes a few tries for the key to open the door. Amazing place though!

Great stay. The staff was very kind and welcoming. The room was clean and environment was quiet. Will stay there again.

I had to leave a day early and didn’t get a refund for my night because apparently it’s too much of a hassle for the owner to get refunded from booking.com so it’s too much of a hassle to refund the customer.

Easy check in, terrific people running it. Now that nght the WORST snowfall in YEARS hit and it was a nightmare for everyone. They were all out there doing their best to shovel, and manage the plows blocking every car in. The roads were not safe, without any question or concern (as I was only paid for one night) they let me stay in the room, didnt even come after me for my credit card until later that night when we were dug out more. Just really appreciate a well run and caring Manager/staff. Also Newly renovated and VERY clean

Well - its a motel, you shouldnt expect a $300 a night room! I saw things that were newly renovated and clean and I always appreciate that, but still the door security did not make me happy. I could see daylight between the door and the frame so it wasnt sitting wright....it was cold too so the heater was just WORKING overtime! I wasnt cold, but a good solid shoulder block to that door would have easily busted open the ONLY lock which was an old handle. Im not saying Perth is an unsafe place, and im an overly focused on safety person, but I would suggest next upgrade is to ore solid doors and some kind of chain lock or security bar.

Extremely clean accommodation.probably recently renovated.Room cleaned.owner very friendly and helpful.Room rate good.Location was great.Walking distance to necessities.free WiFi and free more channels.

I didn't realize the ac doubled as a heater. My fault and I didn't ask.
