Everything was great loved how clean it always was.

The daily fee was not expected or mentioned when booking and unfortunately all our spending money went on the daily fee for the days we stayed so we had to cut our trip short and come home a day early. Also wifi very poor or wouldn't let us connect our kids couldn't use their tablets.

The juice was watery and the people above us were very loud. However the good definitely outweighed the bad.

They smash our window. We had nothing visible. Now our vehicle comes with a cover which camouflages any belongings. Our daughter passed away on February the 5th and they took a bag of built the bears that we were going to drop off at castle pine,CO for her cousin.Ava our Daughter made those.Pretty Sad. I personally clean my vehicle 0 assistance staff. A discount would have been nice to kind of offset that deductible. We still proceed with our trip stop by Lowe's got tape and plastic. The beat goes on.

the rooms were big, felt like we were at home, the kids loved it

the shower drain was not draining so the water backed up, the bathroom smelled moldy, the sofa bed was very dirty, a lot of food crumbs under the mattress ,and I’m not sure if the sheets were changed on one of the beds because I found a feather in my bed and I thought it was a pet free hotel because my son also stepped on dog poop in the parking area next to where our vehicle was parked.. the Pool closed early so we didnt get to swim, my kids were so disappointed that it was closed so we decided to go in the morning and they closed again due to a problem in the pool so it was very disappointing.. breakfast was not what we expected so very disappointed in that too..was not worth what we paid for

From the moment we walked through the door. We were welcomed with friendly staff and a evening social dinner. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is in driving distance for restaurants.

Tomika was not welcoming did not direct us to our room or even let us know when breakfast was. I felt I was an inconvenience to her

Breakfast was not that great. "Hot" was not quite accurate . No cold cereal one day .

The breakfast, as mentioned . Faucet in BR was loose, refridge door needs to be hung on other (left) side.. microwave door jams into the wall .

Everything was great. The staff were friendly and inviting. The grab and go breakfast was ok. Just not as much variety of drink offers.

The grab and go breakfast could of used a bit more variety. There was only one microwave to use, so waiting for a family to finish heating up their breakfast would be the same about of time to just go and get food somewhere else.

The property itself was great. The location was in great distance for what we needed.

Not enough parking, no luggage carts available and when asked there was no care, the keys to the rooms gave us and others issues, the staff was rude when asked for help.
