We like the location and the facilities.

The place is in need of a redo. There is cracked and missing paint everywhere. The toilet in the bathroom was too low. One of the washing machines was out of service for a week.

The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond. The food as well was great.

The room was horrendous. And after some investigating, the majority are the same. Outdated, with a strong musty smell. The paint on the walls looked old and was peeling. There were some furniture that was truly just hanging on my its hinges. The room didn't look, smell or even felt clean. I was very disappointed, especially since it wasn't cheap either. Nearly 400$ for a night in a room that resembled one from a Motel6 in downtown.

Location and value were good, room was comfortable and clean.

The safe in my room was broken so I couldn't use it.

The room had a smell / just a overall appearance inside of the walls , needed to be painted,dirty… breakfast didn’t have regular coffe only from machine. Requested one extra hour for check out and was not granted. For a Hilton this hotel was lacking a lot. Bathroom was not clean enough inside of bath tub.

I chose this hotel based on the brand that I know very well. I was terrified when entered this old and bad maintained hotel, worst than a Holiday Inn. How can Hilton have one hotel like this? IT compromises Hilton brand. I particularly will thin twice again about staying in a Hilton hotel. You can have bad surprises like this

Rooms are small and not updated

The vibe at the hotel Happy Hour was very nice. The bartender was exceptional, and it was nice to meet and chat with other guests who were staying at the hotel. I also liked the central waterfall and sat beside it to Zen out for a bit. I also appreciated having breakfast included with my hotel stay.

It's true that as of June 2023, the hotel's pool area is under construction and off limits, though the hotel has gone to lengths to make up for that. You can go to a nearby pool facility instead, and I believe the free happy hour offering is a good replacement, too.

We were not told that the pool and other doors were blocked off and unusable due to scaffolding and exterior work. There should have been at least then a reduction in price!!

Breakfast and staff were great. Place a little outdated but rooms are large, pool is nice, and the cocktail hours every night were a nice touch too.

The front desk person was rude and disrespectful. In my room the shower did not work and the microwave sounded like it was about to go out. I checked out and stayed in the Hilton Garden’s instead, what a cleaner and nicer place.

the room was not in great shape . they only keg pet owners stay on the first or second floor in certain rooms , despite paying a large non refundable pet fee .

The hotel needs to be updated. It is old, carpet is torn and rooms look shabby. We have been coming here for 11 years and it has steadily gone down hill.

Everything!!! Hotel needs an update. Breakfast was the only positive thing about the hotel.
