TV Remote did not work and no batteries to replace

Took us an hour to check in. Before we checked out I pulled the blanket down to make sure my kids hadnt left any toys and found a 12/18 month clothing sticker on the sheets. My kids are 4 and 8. They left dirty sheets on the bed. I'm disgusted. When we folded the couch into a bed there was a bag of Legos dumped behind it so it wasn't cleaned either. $150 for a room and it was dirty. Pool was also closed and they didn't bother to tell us. When I told the workers they said a member of management would be contacting me to make it right but as of now there's been no contact.

Experience was excellent from check in to check out! Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Cleanliness was exceptional, beds comfortable, work station in room was perfect size and comfort.

The room was sufficient. It was quiet and comfortable.

The floors,countertop, & doorways were sticky as molasses.(even the tile floors in the lobby had spilled sticky stuff on them) No toilet paper,and no bedding was in the room for the sofa bed. Website said there was a pool, but didn't say it was closed for renovations. Dirty dishes were in dishwasher. The shampoo dispenser was empty as well.

It was quiet and clean. We chose it because of it's location to the River Walk. Staff was very friendly!

Our room was apparently just renovated. There was a wall sconce that was hung but not well. It was not plugged in. No outlet close by. We had to leave it on the floor because if you gently brushed against it, it would fall. Not a big deal.

I liked that the hotel is located in a good place in proximity to the other places I had to visit.

I did not like that after 24 hours of driving, I arrived at 5pm after receiving notice the room would be ready at 4pm only to be told there was only 3 maids and the room was not ready. My son was supposed to be at a surprised birthday party and we were not able to get ready for the event. It definitely started our visit off wrong. Then when I got into the room I notice the tile floor was dirty and had some black smuggs on it. When flushing the toilet you had to hold the handle which was also different. I had to go to the desk to get bedding for the pull out. The carpet in the room appeared to be shedding but I was told the room was just remodeled. I never complained. I even took my dog with us everywhere because staff told me that other visitors were complaining about him crying when I had to go to the hospital. Then to add insult to injury my card was charged for something that didn't occur in my room. Management stated that I left dog feces and the room in a mess which was far from the truth. It was just a bad experience.

The room was not refreshed for our arrival. The pool was drained, and the entire first floor was under construction.

Even by 8 am they were out of everything. The maintenance people were taking up all the tables. Was very poor.

When I checked they tried to charge me more than with book in.com. I was supposed to be in a double queen suite. Got into the room and the heat did not work. Was moved to another room with only one king bed for 3 adults and 2 children. Asked every day for linen for the pull out couch and never received it;they kept saying they would send someone with it but it never happened. I had to get room keys redone twice because they would not work. It was an awful experience would never stay or recommend it to anyonen

I loved the second girl whose name is Moneigh B. And the night checking guy whose name is John they made us feel at home we will be back because of them.

There is nothing that I didn't like those two made us feel like we were family.

I like everything about this place. All the staffs are very friendly and always saying hi to everyone.

I thought the location was great, it was really close to where I needed to go, the staff was really wonderful especially the assistant manager ( last name McMillion I think, I'm really bad with names), breakfast was delicious, I really liked the room.
