Breakfast?? That was the problem. I had to borrow money for this trip, to see my son graduate from Army bootcamp, and specifically chose a hotel that included breakfast for the 3 days I was there. When I arrived, I asked what time breakfast started, and was told there is no breakfast….. only coffee.

It was spacious.

You were out of most kitchen utensils. TV remote did not work in one of our rooms. No elevator was difficult but luckily we were on 2nd floor.. Beds were very comfortable.

The hotel facility was extremely nasty. The hotel room that I book was very disgusting and I was not at all pleased by the hotel nor the customer service. The first hotel room’s toilet was stopped up so then they switch me to a different hotel room that was infested with roaches. The supervisor Courtney mentioned that she is giving me a FULL REFUND for this terrible service. Please give me my refund back and this hotel needs to be throughly inspected because this place is roach infested, filled with mildew and just vividly disgusting!!!
