The unit with spotless, new, well laid out. It was very secure with the codes for a front door and hotel room door. The shower was to die for. This hotel by far exceeded my expectations based on the inexpensive price. The reception staff was very pleasant.

I was disappointed there was no bathtub, but on the other hand, the shower was pretty amazing.

If you are arriving outside of check in hours I highly recommend to pick another place to stay. I was arriving late on a flight and was told this was not a problem as I would get a PIN sent to me that would get me into my room. I did not receive any pin and when I got there, there was no one there and no one was answering the phone. After being outside for almost an hour in the middle of the night with all my bags I had to find accommodation elsewhere. Very unacceptable!

I liked that it felt more like an apartment than a hotel. I've been in hotels and hostels a lot lately so it was a welcome change. The parking lot was well lit and it was fairly close to stores and food options, as well as not very far from the Arts District and Ferry Terminal. The shower was very nice and quite large. Felt luxurious after hostel showers in Tofino.

The building is quite close to the road so the sound transferred a bit. It was fine once I went to sleep. Others staying there were partying and noisy in the hall but that stopped once they went out for the night anyway. I made my reservation quite late in the day which seemed to panic the front desk staff who called me as I was trying to do the online check-in. He insisted I come as quickly as possible to check-in. After I did check in I checked out the parking lot for a good spot away from the road. The front desk thought I was lost, but I explained what I was doing. He said I could have his spot when he left, nice and close. I went to get dinner and he called me while I was out to give me a 20-minute warning that he would be leaving so I could take his spot. I appreciated the commitment to service but it was a bit overzealous. Also, the door codes are extremely genric and too easy to guess when you're given your room code. I found mold beside the glass shower walls in the bathroom.

The people were horrible. The place was dirty never will stay there again.

Good sized rooms with a private bedroom for exceptional prices.

The floor made our toddlers feet black when he took his socks off. My wife wiped the floor with a paper towel and it coated it black as well. There was also what seemed to be a bit of animal puke or something stuck to the floor in one tiny area. One of the beds had pet hair all in the sheets and under the pillows.

Great room and property. Would stay here again without a doubt. Staff is fantastic !
