It was convenient to the airport & had a shuttle bus Check-out was efficient

Check-in clerk didn't seem to be familiar with the process or the computer; she needed more help -- there was a long line & she took ages to complete registration for each person. She didn't explain 1 thing about the hotel's offerings -- not breakfast, not the bar (or if there was a happy hour), not wake-up call availability -- nothing. There was no luggage rack or place to put my suitcase -- finally had to use the chair. My request when I made the reservation was for a paper-sack with banana & muffin at 4:30 am --- nothing was available. And, your front access under construction was not at all helpful for GPS guidance to find the hotel by GPS.

Loved the hotel big rooms. Can’t hear the airport. Great location.

I only stay in hotels with peloton bikes but this one was broken!

The close proximity to the Columbus, OH airport (John Glenn International), the free and prompt shuttle service to/from the hotel to the airport; the polite Front Counter employee; the quietness of my room location.

I ate a meal at the restaurant on the First Floor (pasta dish), and I got sick a few hours later (stomach issues). I would hope the two weren't related but I don't think I'd eat at their restaurant again...not worth taking the chance.

Broken ice machines on 2 floors

I can't talk about the breakfast because we did not pay the extra money to have any of it. From what I observed, the breakfast wasn't any different than a lot of other places we've stayed where the breakfast was included in the price of the room.

The computer in the business center did not work. I was not able to access the internet.

Outside seating

Room was super stuffy, usually Hilton stays I get my best sleep. This didn’t happen this time

Very clean and friendly.

Had a wonderful stay, all employees were extremely friendly. The food was fantastic.
