Staff wasn’t friendly, didn’t explain anything to us just gave us our room key, they didnt have a pool which they advertised that they did ! The food was Terrible … the sink was in an odd place . The stay was one of the worst stays we’ve had

The policy that they have cleaning every 3 days...asked to change my bedding the morning I left the location the sheet had a smell of body order which they did not returning to my room. Was giving clean sheets to change myself

The staff were really the highlight of the stay. Went above and beyond to answer questions and help us out. On top of that the rooms were very nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Night shift. 1am sweetest nicest people. Most amazing breakfast setup I've seen. Waffle bar looks like an ice cream topping center. Bedroom nice little wet bar/ desk area nice pull out couch. The bed was soooo comfy!! I literally changed plans and I'm stay here again in 2 days . Fantastically amazing is my rating :)

The room was spacious enough for my family. I liked the two televisions. Amenities were good as well. Overall, it is a nice visit.
The prices for refreshments. A 20 ounce bottle of water should not EVER cost four dollars…anywhere. A 16 ounce bag of Doritos should NEVER cost four dollars, anywhere. These are amusement park-type prices. It’s insulting.

The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable
The elevator, the brakes screeched as soon as it approached the first floor. Staff didn’t keep up on the coffee in the lobby. It was either ice cold or empty.

Was charged on my visa twice for the room when we asked about the 2charges for 138.00 staff said they only saw the one charge but my visa shows 2. Nice place but I won’t stay again and I won’t recommend

I really liked everything about the hotel
I was charged 4 different charges and none of them were correct at all on the amount of the stay. I stayed for 1 night and was charged over 300 dollars on 4 separate charges. It’s been 3 or 4 days and still not resolved.

Room size was exactly what we needed for our family. We had 3 adults a teen and a preteen on this trip. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had no issues.
Because the location is so close to the airport you can hear the planes fly over the building, but that can’t be helped.
