Breakfast

Sheets and pillow cases were dirty, had not been changed, chair had stains on it, pull out sofa mattress was bad could feel springs in it. Hair in bathroom had not been mopped. Worst stay ever!

Breakfast was good and amenities were nice to have on site for purchase. The place is older, but overall still nice. Location is great.

The first night we discovered we had 0 bath towels and no shampoo or soaps. We had to ask for it twice. Then we asked for our room to be cleaned after the 2nd day, but it never was. Had to ask for more towels and other items. I was told by a staff member to go to the laundry room and get my own towels. Overall, the room was never cleaned during the 4 days which makes it not desirable to stay at ever again.

Although it is only about 13 miles from the beach it takes about 40-60 minutes to get there due to traffic

I red thru booking the place had a hot tub it did not have one on property at all the bathtub had a film around the tub i asked that my room be cleaned like could they clean the tub an leave fresh towels the next day they never cleaned nor left towels .

No Water to take a shower and to flush the toilet no water I chained rooms 2 times bad smell in the first and second rooms and Clogged toilet 3 room looking good and went is time to take shower water run out no water kid stay with soap on the shower no water and they said I have to way until the morning to see if the water comes back.

Staff. Mostly friendly.

Limited room cleaning. First 4 days no cleaning as a policy. Only towel and coffee service if requested. Light & fan controlled by neighboring room(s). Really bothersome and disruption of sleep on several nights. Breakfast not maintained but if avaiable acceptable. All night gatherings in courtyard. Disruption of sleep on several nights. Hairdryer broke on 1st or 2nd morning. Replaced right away.

Overall it was great friendly and helpful staff, great location, and reasonable price.

The couch pull out bed was very uncomfortable with little cushioning. The toilet stopped up easily, not accepting much toilet paper, and overflowed
