Very nice room

Breakfast was not very good. The personnel clearly wanted me to use the buffet, but I choose pancakes and they were not very good. Why put cappuccino on the menu if you do not have it. The breakfast personnel was much more interested in talking to themselves (very loud!). Next time breakfast somewhere else for sure!

Small swimming pool, very expensive and they don’t even offer a complementary breakfast as part of the reservation. they charge $17.00/ per person for a very limited breakfast. very poor customer service skills from the staff. will definitely NOT recommend it to anyone looking to spend a great time with friends and family. very disappointed.

Room view. This is an old Dame past her prime. Upkeep is lacking. Place has problems. Effort being made by staff, some, but many problems.

Arrived at property at 11am, 5 year old in tow, unable to check in early. Checked with staff every hour. They were....not very concerned with my need. At 2:30pm they finally told me, ok, we can give you a room now.

old and tired hotel. Staff’s attitude resembled the place.

Didnt have breakfast..hotel was filthy. Front entrance furniture was dirty & stained with water stain marks. It looked luke they dont keep up wirh vacuuming & wiping down things. There restaurant doesn’t look inviting that we left & looked for another place to eat dinner.

Resturant looked very understaffed & uninviting, our room bathroom ran out of body liquid soap, tissue & towels are terrible, shower water went down slow & this was suppose to be a bonvoy Marriott. I’ll never come back to this facility again.
