great display of lots of food
Room had wet floor due to leak in plumbing as stated by staff, never was fixed. we had wet feet while in room.

Easy online check-in. Breakfast and eve reception was wonderful.
Mattress was terribly uncomfortable. Shower control knob was ready to fall off. Lock mechanism was completely off the in-room safe. USB plug-in on bedside lamp didn't work. The handsoap and shower gel containers were empty upon arrival. AC in the room would not lower the temp to thermostat setting. Iron face plate was dirty and left black substance on white shirt after use. $15 parking per day was extreme given location of available spaces and lack of cover.

The location is good. The pool was good.
Parking is terrible. There are a small number of spots in front of the hotel and if they are all full you have to walk around the block from the parking garage to the hotel.

Отель старый . В выходные очень много народу. Шумно. Очень маленький и не очень чистый бассейн для отеля такого уровня! В номере не работала одна лампа рядом и кроватью Слабый завтрак , нет рыбы , молочки очень сало , ни овощей ни сыров ни фруктов . Очень дорогая парковка за ночь 50 долларов. Очень дорого для этих мест , почти как в нью йорке. Причём штраф за неоплаченную городскую парковку 40 долларов . Странная цена за парковку в отеле!

The location is great, right downtown. The atrium/inner courtyard is beautiful.
It wasn’t very clean. The bed was well-worn, we did not have a good nights rest. The breakfast was meh. No complimentary water. Our stay was 280 for one night before drinks, dinner, water, and parking.

Personal im Housekeeping und an der Rezeption völlig überfordert - erst war um 16 Uhr kein Zimmer verfügbar - dann ein Zimmer das nicht gereinigt war. Nach Umzug war das Zimmer O.K., aber eher alt und abgewohnt. Alle Zimmer zum "Innenhof" und daher etwas lauf.

The pool was dirty. My 2 nephews got trash from the bottom of the pool. It had bugs all in the water.. very disappointing since the pool was the main reason I decided on this hotel.

We stayed overnight on our way home from Myrtle Beach. I should have booked a room outside of town. It was downtown and there was a parking charge.
Also, the walls are thin. I could hear almost every spoken word from the next room (avoid room 714). It made it difficult to fall asleep. They neighbors finally settled down just after midnight.

The breakfast was amazing. Really loved the made to order eggs and omelette. The happy hour drinks was a surprise and greatly appreciated.
The parking situation. I had to park in the garage and walk a short distance back to the hotel. This was a bit of a struggle for me because my knees are bad and I always use handicap parking. You should have done sorry of shuttle service from there. Maybe even a golf cart type of service.

I really liked the location of this property; really accessible to all main attractions and has easy access, in and out of the main highways. We also like the free breakfast as it was filled with great variety and the choices were fresh.
Paying for customer parking, I believe is unreasonable.

Parking garage vs being able to see vehicle. Sleeper sofa was horribly uncomfortable and needs replaced. Felt every spring in it. Good breakfast

The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was fantastic for the money. The lobby was very relaxing.
Had to pay an additional $15 for parking. Parking garage access was very confusing. The room didn't get cold at all. I slept on top of the comforter and still woke up sweating.

we weren’t happy with our stay at all at this property.
There were ants in the window cell, the television didn’t work, the coffee maker didn’t work, the bedding at a stain on it when we arrived and I don’t think the floor was vacuumed at all. very disappointed.

weird stain on wall in room that looks like they tried to bleach out. room outdated, mattress very soft with dip in center didn’t bother me but of two people in the bed would have been rough
