The food was not great. I was not impressed at all with the food choices. I don’t mind paying higher prices for food if it at least is good quality but nothing at this hotel was good quality food.

Cleanliness, pool options

Lots of amenities. The buffet breakfast was really good, especially due to the fact that they provided to go plates if you didn't want to eat there.

Amazing location right on the beach. Large room, with perfectly comfortable bed, nice sitting area with couch and table, and large bathroom. Loved the balcony overlooking the pool area and ocean. The Beach House restaurant right next door was excellent. Clean, modern, comfortable.

Once through the security gated area the property sits within, walking distance dining options are limited. The food prices at the property are extremely high.

It’s very nice, the beach is excellent. The rooms are spacious.

Everything. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Hotel facilities are amazing, they even have a heated pool, perfect with kids when the weather is cold.

They could have a kids park the at location. I was aware they didn’t have it, but that would be a nice improvement. Everything else was absolutely perfect.

LOVED the location- uper close to all the fun things to do and it is directly on the beach. The bunk beds in the room were a big hit with the kiddos and made it much easier- we loved this feature and hope more hotels start doing this, as standard rooms are not ideal for families.

The way the beach chair rental works is not good. We were at the beach, and nobody ever came and asked if we wanted to rent chairs and there was no place to do that on the beach. My husband had to leave me with the little kids to go back up by the pool- not good. Also, just a suggestion: It might be good to add chicken tenders or something simple to the menu in the restaurant. We ate there for dinner once and would have eaten there again, but the menu was small and we didn't want to eat what we ate the night before.

I was very impressed at how clean the room was! Exceptional view as well! Peaceful in the evenings.

It was a very nice hotel and perfect location close to all the shops, restaurants and beach in Sandestin.

For the price especially February when is cold and rainy. Paying over $300 per night wasn't worth it. We could not enjoy the beach view balcony due tonight cold rainy weather. And for the price no food and anything was included. I think the price per night should be lowered $100 or more at least in the fall and winter months.

Lack of amenities. The cost was very high especially to not even get a beach chair included. I could have stayed in Disney for less and had better service and amenities.

Staff was extremely helpful. Great location and our room was well equipped. Restaurants were awesome. Loved our stay.

Our only issue was the laundry room. There were only 4 machines and 2 were broken.

The beaches were amazing. The room was very nice. The view was better than expected! The little extras of popcorn and ice cream of the 4th of July were really nice.

We drove 13 hours with 4 kids to get here and still had to wait in a 45 minute line to check in. There were only two people at the front desk and when a third showed up, one of the others left. Then... we were not given breakfast vouchers that I paid for so I had to go BACK UP... and prove via email that we had indeed paid already...because YOU had no record of this in your system. We had no shampoo... the bottle must have fallen off the wall, but we had two body washes. We called down to get shampoo and it took over 30 minutes...come to find out that they put them in a bag and on our door handle and NEVER knocked...how were we supposed to know that they were here...and NO we did not have the "do not disturb" sign up. The second time our shampoo was brought up the lady was rude. Our room did not get serviced on our last full day so we had to call for trash bags and towels which took another 40 minutes. Maybe it was our timing, but there was never a single pool chair available for my family...apparently you have to reserve these the night before?? We were stuck on the beach without a way to get back to our room for 35 minutes AFTER the firework show so they could "check the perimeter" which really just looked like it was so they could get their more "esteemed" guests off the pool deck from their fancy and ridiculously priced reserved seats again. I have no idea what the towel check in and check out system was for since half the time the staff didn't write anything down... but I figured we would get charged for them if we didn't check them in. Two elevators up to our Emerald Tower were not working our last two days...and getting to the 13th floor was a long wait. A valet boy jumped the elevator line in front of myself and my 4 young kids to try to get his luggage cart up in front of us...even thought we had already been there waiting first for 8 minutes.

The hotel was over priced, couldn’t find good parking , hotel room had water damage, door didn’t lock, wanted to leave immediately after seeing the room but they wouldnt give a refund so I stayed one night and left without using anything the hotel offered.

Amenities were fantastic, plenty of friendly staff, super clean! PERFECT for a family vacay!

The manager Peyton could not find my reservation. After 15 long minutes, he finally found it. The first floor smelled like there had been water damage or sewer issues. I also paid for ocean view with a balcony. I was on the bottom floor with a partial view.
