Didn't end up staying waiting for my refund. Reason for this is uour pool had been out of service for many months acord5to the front desk yet your web sit said it was up and running .

I felt safer then where the other hotels that are located in fort mac. It was clean and comfortable beds.

That you don’t get a free breakfast like most other hotels offer.

Ended up asking for a new room as hair was on the bedding and a dead bug on the desk. Would have appreciated a better clean. Garbage was full and wasn't emptied. And hair was under the fitted sheet

Good people at desk and room service need to be served to the room why it has be picked up when u guys have room service if u guys can’t drop it off to the room and other then that good service

Air conditioner kept me up all night amd I missed a very important meeting it sounded like there was a animal inside of it and it was beeting a metal wall with a fork it was loud and very distracting

we loved the pool for the kids when they were visiting. Quiet location. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

I got double charged which I was not prepared for financially. I looked into the issue with front desk, head office and also the credit card company and it’s still unresolved. Also we never received a tidy over the 3 nights. We had to hunt down staff for clean towels.

Liked that the restaurant was close but did not like that breakfast was not included

The check in lady was great very friendly and quick. However we were not told the restaurant would be closed for a private event. There was a sign at the door at the time of the event. This was a big inconvenience. The beds were very comfortable. It was quiet. However we were not given any clean towels. When asked they were not delivered and left in the room. I asked a housekeeper in the hallway. We were still short a towel. There were only 3 of us. Overall the stay was ok. The staff was very friendly and the beds were comfortable.
