No microwaves in the rooms, room did not get cold, breakfast was very lackluster

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. Valet parking was a very convenient option which we took full advantage of. Overall, this was a very comfortable stay. We would definitely recommend to our friends.

The beds was hard , 50 dollars to park , the money for breakfast was o my and there was a lot of drinking going on in lobby and I couldn't believe that ,,

Good location, big room.

I chose this hotel because its central location and the brand name. The front desk upgraded our room from a king bed to a queen bed (with a supposedly bigger room). I am not sure if this is what I want. The room is indeed huge but lacks some basic amenities. for example, there is no bottled water and the fridge is completely empty. I could not even pay to get water. I drove a long way to arrive here after 9, without knowing where to get a bottled water. The front desk did not tell us we could get a discount voucher for the breakfast and the restaurant charged us full price for a simple breakfast. Overall, the service did not meet our expectation.
