The room was very clean and spacious. I liked the bathroom, including the shower. Having dispenser soap, shampoo and conditioner is very convenient, rather than dealing with tiny bottles. The front desk staff was friendly and my kids loved having the Starbucks in the lobby.
There should be a nightstand on the other side of the bed where there's space. It's hard to sleep on the side without one in order to charge you phone, set down a beverage, or have a book. We were told we had two parking options, both with a fee that I don't recall seeing online. However, my husband discovered we could park behind the building at no cost, so it seemed like the hotel was not providing us all the parking options in order to make more money per night.

BOOKING.COM did not Transfer my reservation to Sheridian. They did not have me in the system. What is up with this. I had to call and make my own reservation.

AC no good,took two calls and two trips downstairs to get bed linens for pull out sofa and to get broken toilet seat replaced....
