Exelente me encantó ! La ubicación ! Música en vivo el domingo!! Almuadas 100% . Piscina abierta asta tarde. Acceso ala playa, restaurantes tiendas al cruzar la calle. El camino antes de llegar se disfruta !!!

Se paga parqueo por día. No lo sabía me sorprendió.

Es un lugar para relajarse y descansar

Wonderful hotel, super friendly and helpful people working there. Well located on the south side of Marco Island, great private beach and an excellent pool. Can only recommend.

Love the location, the cleanliness of the resort and the really nice beach. There are good restaurants within walking distance too.

I didn’t like paying extra to park on site or having to pay a resort fee everyday for beach chairs/umbrella especially if we didn’t use them everyday. The first day the maid service knocked at 8:30am and we were still asleep. After that we didn’t have service until late afternoon even if we were out of the room by 9am everyday.

Breakfast and staff was wonderful and the location is fantastic. We had a very nice room and the view was excellent. People were very accommodating and friendly.

The fan in the bathroom never shut off, even when we shut it off it came back on.

El sitio, la playa, los atardeceres.

Segun el recepcionista Hilton Honors me quito los puntos porque hice la reseva con Booking. Conste que pague mas en Booking que si lo hubiera hecho directo, cuando me percaté ya había pagado en Booking. Estoy esperando un reclamo.

Clean, free coffee in morning, pool was nice, bar access good. Food was good. Liked the outside music.

Free coffee should be extended 7-10 on weekends.

Die Lage ear sehr gut. Das Frühstück total überteuert.. sowie wenn es inbegriffen ist muss man noch Minimum 20% tips dalassen. Parkplatz auch völlig überteuert und mann muss such noch tax darauf zahlen!

Das Personal mässig.. der Pool überfüllt Horror.. und alle am essen und trinken im Pool!

Grosse Zimmer

Der Unterschied zwischen teilweisem seitliche Meerblick und Zimmer mit Meerblick ist gleich Null. Und dafür bezahlt man noch extra!

Dirty sheets. There were blood stains on the sheets that were on the pullout mattress.

the resort feel was very nice. pool staff and beach staff were really nice as well

the biggest disappointment was in the morning was breakfast staff. Buffet was amazing and more then we could expect but for the price that we are being charge, the waitress was rude. we were enjoying the view and the food and before we could even finish our plate that we platted very lightly as we wanted to go back and enjoy fruit and donut, she brought over the check and was standing over us to pay and leave. made us feel very uncomfortable so we left. knowing that its $30/person, we had maybe $2 worth of food and left with a bitter taste in our mouths.

It is always a pleasure coming to this resort, my fam and I always had a great time!! From the staffing to the all.

Needed to have a little more equipment in the gym. Needed some mats and another bench also.

Great location

I should have noticed the red flag when I arrived. When I walked into my room it smelled a strong odor of bleach. During the night I could smell a strong odor of sewer gas was venting into my room. I’m a plumber so I’m very familiar with improper venting. The Hilton hotel knew about the issue and instead of fixing it tried to disguise it with bleach. I complained about it and was told the hotel was booked so I couldn’t be moved to another room.

The location is exceptional, you can walk anywhere. The hotel is nice and provided activities for the kids during our Memorial Day weekend stay. The beach is perfection, the umbrella and chairs is a great amenity.

The only negative thing I’d call out is that while it was nice to have burgers and other snacks offered at the pool during Memorial Day weekend, they simply didn’t have enough staff to work the pool deck. We waited a long time to have someone take our order - so while the intention was good, I wouldn’t have offered it if the hotel wasn’t equipped to service it.

Location plus very convenient access to handicap as well.

I’m coming back to this hotels after many years and is always a pleasure stay at the Hilton .
