The fact that I was believing that they had a Hot Tub and found out that it was taken out. Nothing in advertising or description says that they didn’t have a Hot Tub. So the pool is nice but wanted to soap. Grrrr

Room wasn’t clean - tub was dirty, hair and dirt on the bathroom floor - tv was dented - remote was missing the back - just not what I was expecting for a Hilton stay.

I brought my dogs and the area for walking the dogs was good. There were pet waste bags available, and plenty of trash cans.

This was the worst stay at a Hilton property that I have every had. They informed me that the pool, hot tub and exercise room would be closed for renovation. I arrived and they put me in a different room because I had dogs. It was not an equivalent room to what I booked and was charged an extra $75 for a pet fee. The room was old, didn't smell very good, and everything was worn out. I prepaid for "very good breakfast" that even in their menu said "select hot items". There was almost nothing other than cereal and the only hot item was oatmeal (1 is not items). To get a couple eggs in addition to what I already paid would be another $11. It was so bad I didn't even bother to eat it.
