The bed is really comfortable and the breakfast was good

They are remodeling, I think they put me in a room that was unfinished. There was no toilet paper, no garbage clean, no room phone, no coffee maker, no ice bucket. The shower had hair in it. The non slip material on the floor in the tub looked really dirty.

Property was under construction but was very clean and well organized.

We booked a 2 queen room, got there and they didn’t actually have that room available. We got a king bed and a pull out for our kids, worked great, but they didn’t have pillows for the pullout. Make staff worker wasn’t willing to figure out how to help, but the dayside female worker was very kind and accommodating. Still no pillows but she handled herself professionally and was very apologetic and kind. They filled the hottub in with concrete, but have no fear because the pool is the temperature of a warm bath. They have a fun little 12” deep splash pad as well for littles that our kids loved when the big kids (high school aged lacrosse team) were trying to turn the pool into a whirlpool.

The room are really nice , big and clean. The bed are really comfortable.

Most of the staff was friendly.

Stayed there for three days not once did they come and clean the room.

The room was a good size and the pool area was also a good size. The lady at the front desk at check in was very nice and the g.m. dealing with the issue I speak of below was very nice. I just don't believe that issue between his hotel and booking.com should have affected our check in. Otherwise it was an ok place to sleep for the night.

The location was pretty desolate. There was only one restaurant around the hotel and it closed at 2:30 p.m. Anything else that looked like it may have been open at one time was either shut down or the lot where ot stood was empty. We didn't find a gas station nearby either. Although the pool area wad large, it needed some tlc. Kind of dingy and dirty. The room was a nice size, the hotel wad undergoing remodeling, although I couldn't tell if our room/floor had been done or not. There was also complimentary breakfast but it was not good. Most everything was empty when we went there to eat at 9 a.m. The other issue was with Booking.com and the hotel. Our payment was taken from booking.com on May 25th and at the time of check in, the g.m. was on the phone with booking.com trying to get that payment. He told us it took him over an hour to get his money and we waited approx. 30 mins to get in our room. The only other issue was that prior to our check out another guest was given a key to our room and told us they were assigned that room. What???
