The room was spacious and slept my family pretty decently.

Once I checked in the receptionist informed me it would be a $300 deposit then once I tried to pay the card reader declined my card three times until she input my card info manually. Then she advised me it would be $30 a day for parking (including the day of checkout) so she gave me a parking ticket for the garage which was tiny and did not have the appropriate amount of spaces to accommodate the number of guests. The ticket machine did not work so she advised me to come back later to validate parking and get another ticket. So I did. She also advised breakfast would be ready at 6am but is $17 a person. Once in the room I closed the bathroom door and got locked out since you can not close the door all the way or it would not open again. I finally was able to get the door to open by shimming the handle several times. We asked for extra blankets for my kids to sleep on the pull out couch but never received them so we ended up buying some bedding at Walmart. Upon check out I tried to put ice in my travel cup but the ice machine also was not in working order. I then proceeded to the front desk where I stood for 10 minutes after both receptionists made eye contact but ignored me until a line formed. The guy at the desk acted like my being there was an inconvenience for him and I mentioned the ice machine and bathroom door to which he just ignored and asked if I needed a receipt. The stay was close to $600 and was nowhere near worth the price.

there was no air conditioning.

Air conditioning was not working. We had 3 rooms but we only got 2 fans which didn’t help much to cool down the hot rooms. We were told after we arrived to the property that the air conditioning wasn’t working. We couldn’t find available rooms at any other hotels, so we had to stay at this hotel without air conditioning in very hot rooms. Hotel didn’t even give us discount for the inconvenience. Instead the manager told us we had a choice to stay or cancel the booking all together.

De registratie verliep niet heel makkelijk. Er was maar 1 persoon aanwezig voor in en uitchecken.

Good location. Quiet room as requested. Pleasant staff

Overheated. Room was uncomfortably warm even with the windows open a few inches that safety bars allowed. I was there three days and it was never cool enough for sleeping. Staff explained they could not turn on the air conditioning until a specified date. This is ridiculous. The bathroom mirror light was broken. Only light available was a desk lamp.
