Comfy beds, lovely little rooms, fun location next to the water!

People in the room across the hall from us were talking loudly and left their door open, which wasn't a big deal really.

We enjoyed a beautiful overnight stay. Wonderfully located across from Queensland beach. Our room was cozy and comfortable. The jetted tub felt so nice and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious!!!

I thought the breakfast was terrible, under cooked, should have been included with the price, instead was charged $15. for two under cooked eggs and yogurt coffee and juice.

breakfast included and more of it...also they need to do seasonal cleaning, as they're were cobwebs above our bed.

The location was fantastic, just across the road from Queenstown Beach. The room was lovely, really comfortable bed, ocean view and the spa bath was awesome. The staff were very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

A fridge in the room would have been great but really not a big deal.

Excellent accommodation, room, bedding and cleanliness with beach across the road. We had a view of the bay from our window and could watch the sun set and rise. Our accommodation had a jacuzzi bath too.

I wish we had a heads up about area dinning options which are scarce and we’re closed when we arrived . Found a Pharmacy/convenient store and bought snack food. The inn did have a limited selection on a menu but very pricey! Perfect location to cross the road and visit the beach!

The cleanliness, and, the jacuzzi was a bonus. The sound of the surf hitting the shore across the road was calming. We were greeted, on arrival, in the parking lot by the only staff person that we met during our stay. That person took us on a quick tour of the rooms which was appreciated.

The bed was a disappointment and not up to normally acceptable commercial standards resulting in two near-sleepless nights (no support). I made the decision to book based on the web photographs that I saw and was disappointed to discover, on arrival, that the photographs were obviously dated. There was a TV in the room but it only received Netflix.

Location and views were great! Room was comfortable.

A refrigerator and microwave would have been helpful as well as some coffee in the room.

Located right across the street from a lovely beach for walking or swimming.

The beach was even closer than I’d calculated which was already very close! One minute walk to the beach, perfect what we were looking for- and a jacuzzi is all we really wanted!

The driveway getting in and the signage to find the property, could use a little tlc but that’s not so important!

I really enjoyed my long weekend at Surfside Inn. Highly recommend to everyone, couples and individual travellers. Caring and welcoming hosts, beautiful old hotel, ideal location, clean and quiet, delicious meals!
